I placed an order for a camera online on March 9, 2026. As of today, March 21, 2026, I have not received any shipping information or the product. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a single response. They also do not provide a phone number for customer support, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Very disappointing experience.

My starlight car charger was delivered promptly. I contacted Rowgins and was offered an immediate replacement with a return number for the faulty item. The replacement was also delivered promptly and an appropriate refund was made to my account. Excellent service.

Complete scam. I ordered headphones from them. Said they were delivered after tracking shows it going all over the entire United States. I went to USPS and that is not a valid tracking number. Scam.

I made a purchased and it got lost in postage. I thought it was gone I contacted rowgins and they were very professional and help me get though the issue. And are resending the package again. I would recommend using them can't wait for my package to be delivered thanks again Allen

Stay away from these scammers. No response to email and no product ever delivered; hopefully they will get what's coming to them. Terrible.

Terrible terrible terrible they took my money and never sent me my item and now they’re ignoring my emails. There’s no phone number that I can contact them do not order from them. They are terrible.

Placed my order 13 days ago and it hasn't moved from awaiting shipment.

I've sent 2 emails and got no response. I've had no choice but to file a credit card dispute with Citibank and according to them, this company has HIGH chargebacks due to shipping taking longer than 30+ days and in some cases, people never getting their orders.

I strongly suggest that you don't place any orders from this website. You won't get your product, their customer service is literally non existent, they don't have a contact phone number, so you can't call them.

Avoid this website and company at all costs...unless you like flushing your money down the toilet.

As always the service was great and the product selection is the best.

When I start searching items, I start with Rowgins and will return to purchase those materials once I've looked around. The website is easy to navigate, I will not stay on a site that I have to struggle with.
