Just like everybody says this place sucks do not give these people your money I don't understand they must not want to succeed they they'll pay you in about 6 months but they don't want good they don't want good business he's the worst business people I've ever met my freaking life and they'll end up paying you but it'll be 17 weeks from now so they're stupid don't they want to have good rating so they want to succeed in this and why are they even doing they're just they're making their business and they're making money based on new unsuspected customers who don't know any better and they screw them over they make up excuses they make them wait forever they are freaking the worst casino ever do not play with these people run like hell they are awful

They never paid winnings and have terrible customer service! Don’t waste your money on there site. I won 3,500 on 1-14 the game and requested to cash out. They only do )2,700 at a time so did that, was told 7-10 days to be approved - the took 12 business days to approve. Then was told they had another 7-10 days to send it . Here we are 12 business days later no payment. I “escalated” it 2 days ago. It’s 2-20 so Im thinking this site is a total scam and I doubt I will ever see my money

I won and they want you to download a crypto app...then send them 10 dollars to verify account...then when I spoke to someone in chat they told me that since it was a free chip that I would probably be denied anyway...so stay away from these guys...Lonestar ain't never given me a lick of trouble whether I win on my money or theirs. you need to deposit money before you can withdraw your winnings for "confirmation" - this is a typical scam system, dont waste your time or money

I signed up for this casino and received a welcome chip which I used to ultimately collect $126 however upon trying to withdraw this money I ran into trouble that's when I contacted support who told me that since the money was one with what I was told was a real free promotional chip, the same as cash that I would not be able to withdraw this money that I should play my balance down to zero and make a deposit and then and only then could I withdraw my winnings stay far far away they only pay out in digital currency however they accept payments from debit and credit cards which is also suspect I have a screenshot of my account page currently showing that my real money balance is $126 and that I have $126 available to withdraw this is all incorrect and false information, stay away!

Don't play here. They don't pay out their winners. I won today and they go in and adjust the account and just leave the withdrawal in limbo and ignore it. I've verified my account by sending a deposit which is weird as it is and then they can't even process their withdrawals. Save your money and your time and play somewhere that actually pays.

They have owed me over 10K for almost 5 months. They have changes my WD request amounts, then change the date to delay payments. I have been with RA for YEARS. They promised a payment on 11/24, which is 1/2 of the original requested amount and I still have not received it. Waited over 1 HOUR on chat.

This casino has been by far hands down the most courteous the most responsive customer service team I have ever dealt with as far as dealing with casinos. Like many of the Inclave casinos, The positives are the games are fun, bonuses good (as long as you understand the rules) and you can always reach somebody in support.

The cons? Long waits for withdrawals and they miss their own timelines, i.e. they imply it's 7-10 days for your withdrawal but you always have to come back on the 10th day and have it be escalated and then wait 3-4 more days and once its "resolved" its 7-10 days to pay out.

I won 1500.00. I used a debit card for deposit. Put in for redemption and waited 5 days and never heard from them. Contacted customer service and they said I would have to use bank wire transfer. They could not send to debit card. I use Credit union and they said they could not transfer to a credit union. Must be a bank like Wells Fargo or Chase. Wanted me to go open an account and wait a month for a statement to prove I had an account. They did finally agree to send 500.00 through crypto. That was 14 days ago. They said it has to approved and once approved it could be another 10 days before they send payment. Im not sure what they are approving! The thing that irritates me is that they were not going to contact me to tell me they weren't sending my withdrawal. If I had not contacted them I would have never known! They need to be shut down!

I used a coupon and I followed all of their rules, I won 300$ and they refused to pay it because I used a coupon. Even though I followed the rules and I provided identity information they refuse to pay, they refuse to give me a physical address or a license number. This casino is a SCAM!! Read the reviews, they not lieing, everything they say is true because it happened to me too. These people are crooks. They so quick to take your deposit but when u try to cash out they make it so impossible; for example for me, I had lost the card I initially made some deposits with, but got new card and made more deposits. Time to cash out and I tell them the other card was lost and the current card is the card they sent me as a replacement. It’s from same account, and you know what they told me. Do not even waste your time...This place took almost 12,000 dollars from my account that I won.I tried to deposit money and it wasn't letting me deposit.I talked to customer service they said they would make it right if I deposit it still couldn't deposit money still took all the money out of my account over $12,000..This casino is a scam they took everything out of my account and said I claimed 2 bonuses.I am absolutely furious for all the winnings to just be taken by management.I would have been happy if I could have at least got 1000 but no they took it all ..So beware of this site because even if you win you will not get paid be warned...
