Bought a Royalcraft patio set 2 years ago. It is now disintegrating with large holes under the table glass and fraying at all edges on the chairs. I understand that it has been exposed to weather but this is outdoor furniture. It should last longer than 2 years. Pretty much unusable now.

I recently purchased a metal shed for £300, spent hours trying to put it together only to find that the metal base does not have screw holes for the back panels! Instructions are useless, saying to use parts that are not in the box or even on the parts list on the instruction manual!! I tried lining up the panels in the right order and then the opposite order and still can not screw in the panels as the holes do not exist! Which means I would have to drill in pilot holes myself! I used my heavy duty tarpaulin that was being used to keep garden tools dry, to put under the shed and now all our garden tools etc have been soaked and are not protected after cutting the tarpaulin to fit the shed base! Costing me more money and time! I sent an email on Saturday and heard nothing back apart from a request for a review! So hear it is! Please do not use ROYALCRAFT.CO.UK
I will report them to trading standards as I have spent £300 on a shed that can not be put together without voiding the warranty, also the cost of a heavy duty tarpaulin and cost of garden tools to replace.

Bought Luna 8 outdoor furniture set in the sale. The discount was genuine (multiple other vendors still at full price) and very good at just under 50% off. Delivery was one time and delivery company were excellent. Produc quality is excellent - exactly as in the pictures and description. Am very pleased. Will have to see how it lasts...

From placing the order to the time of delivery the service has been brilliant. The whole process has been quick, easy and problem free.
I was notified of the time slot the day before delivery as promised.
The delivery men rang half an hour prior to their arrival, they dropped off the items without any hassle.

Really good quality furniture, excellent service and good value for money. Nice comfortable deep cushions, easy to put together. Great that our set came with a cover for the table too.
We were missing one screw which I emailed royal craft about. They sent out a replacement straight away. Brilliant company with amazing customer service which is refreshing at the moment compared to others!! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
The only downside is that the cover for our set only fits the L shape sofa in one direction. We have it set the other way so have had to order a cover from elsewhere.

The delivery was really speedy and I was kept informed about exactly when that would be.
The garden furniture was just what we wanted, it was well made and we are really pleased with it.
