Came on this trip to attend a family…
Came on this trip to attend a family event which was happening in Barcelona, landed the guys were waiting for me ready, leaving my hotel to go to the event and coming back, they were ready and on time, when It was time to leave and head back to the UK the car was ready in the morning as promised. Could not be happy with the service, on time and prepared just what I like. 👍

Absolutely worst limo service ever
Absolutely worst limo service ever. Do not go there. I prebooked an airport transport 1 week ahead from the F1 race track in Barcelona to the airport. I got acceptance, I specifically asked for pickup point. I was told that the drive would reach out. The driver did not reach out. I had to reach out. Feedback was. We can’t pick you up due to traffic. I even agreed to be picked up 1 hour ahead of planned and missing the F1 final. I heard nothing until super late where they told me. “Everything is under control” But then 5 minutes later. “Sorry. We can’t help you. Find a local taxi”. And so we had to take another taxi at the price of 350 euro instead of 90 euros. Don’t use these guys.

Unfortunately, due to the extreme traffic restrictions and road closures around the F1 circuit that weekend, several licensed transfer companies — including ours — were unable to access the pickup zone despite prior arrangements.
Our team tried to stay in contact and offer updates as the situation changed, but we recognize this was not the smooth experience you expected or deserved.
We deeply regret the situation and appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve our coordination and communication for future large-scale events.

Very professional service.
We were notified well ahead of time of the pickup point at Barcelona Airport Terminal One, and shortly before we left Cairo our driver messaged us direct to introduce himself.
Just as we were collecting our suitcase at BCN, he phoned to check on our progress, and about three minutes later we met up with him, as agreed. It was around 4.00am by then, so the motorway to our home destination was near-deserted, and very relaxing.
We booked this service via Booking.com. The Royal Falcon company was very professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
