Quality is not what I expected. Website photos are not accurate representation of actual product. I contacted customer service but was only ignored. They will not give me any sort of refund. Not acceptable!

Is this a real company? no customer service, little to no communication, and disappointing quality. They no pick up the telephone no address no people to talk to. I dont not use this company again.

They are the worst. We tried to reach out to them and called many times because we wanted to ask some questions and they don’t even answer the calls. No one is answering the calls. We were super frustrated with them!

Wendy is great! She walked us through the process step by step, answered questions in a timely manner and brought us back to the middle ground when we would go down a rabbit hole chasing an idea that wasn't so bright. The front door is a big deal and she spent the time to get us comfortable and get it right.

I purchased the fabulous Glenwood Arch door from Royal Iron Doors. It is simply BREATHTAKING! It enters into a room with beautiful walnut trim, wainscotting and crown moldings, but all anyone remembers on their first visit is the incredible door. Royal Iron Doors has created a masterpiece - extraordinary detail, beautiful proportions, impressive weight. The customer service representative was so helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you; great work!
