Always brilliant..

Always brilliant... occasionally out of stock on popular items but that's a norm for any online shop nowadays.

Great to be able to get stuff like this.

Very good.

Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery, very easy ordering on line and good quality products. I would not expect anything less from from a shop that is run by former Marines. Keep up the good work Royal.

Good service but could be excellent

Thank you - almost 5 but I emailed you to ask where I should add my membership number but no reply.

It’s annoying to order a gift for some else when paying and get your emails addressed to that person rather than the account holder.

Emailed suggestions about Christmas cards and no answer.
