Prescriptions done timely
Prescriptions done timely. Service was good overall. Would have been 5 stars except the price was high and labs not done enough. Had to ask for labs to be done on more than 1 occasion.

Royal Medical has been great to deal with. It is nice to get a real person on the phone when you call with questions. I am very happy with the TRT program they set up, blood work locations are convenient, supplies arrive on time and the costs are very reasonable compared to others. Also there are no hidden fees.

I've been using the services of Royal Medical for 2 years
I've been using the services of Royal Medical Center for approx. 2 years now and my experience has been very positive. These are true professionals. My medicine was delivered in a well-packaged box and nothing was missing. Every month, they text me and remind me that the package is on the way. I can definitely see a positive difference in my mood and body composition. I'm 55 and my testosterone levels were deficient. In the first few months of treatment, my testosterone levels were back to normal levels.

My experience has been great, they get you feeling like a purposeful human again, and they have a ton of knowledge about what you are prescribed. I feel so much more energy and sharpness constantly. Happy with every bit of my experience with Royal Medical.

Awesome Experience
The entire experience has exceeded my expectations. The staff is very helpful and the process is very professional. I’ve done TRT before and I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else.

Great communication and overall deliverance of the prescription. However, very high pricing for someone like myself who does not need constant consultations, opinions, and 24/7 availability. I wish there was an option for product only, no fluff so I could save some money…

I like that they explain everything to you and they are very easy to talk to. I was slightly disappointed when it took more than 2 days after they've gotten my information to send my prescription the other night this is excellent. I love it.

I’ve never met a more professional staff on every level than I have with Royal and my wife is a director at a hospital. Staff is friendly, helpful and prompt with information and ease of use.
