Did not see much changes.
I like the fact that it helped a little in my circulation, a little in weight loss and a little In my neuropathy and arthritis issues.

I lost 10 pounds the first month
I lost 10 pounds the first month. I’m almost through my second month and didn’t lose a pound. Hopefully the third month is like the first month.
