No flexibility
Royal Medical should be able to be more flexible when it comes to paying for cancelation fees. This was hard on me considering I'm pretty broke this month. They were not able to work with me on this at all.
Secondly, doctor didn't even ask if I still had low T symptoms. They have mostly resolved after stopping certain medications, with the exception of depression, fatigue and low motivation. With a total T level of 958 at baseline, I don't think TRT was right for me.

Terms for monthly service were easy to understand. Prices are much better than going to a clinic.
all prescriptions have arrived on time with clear instructions.
prescriptions can be fed ex to pharmecys that have fed ex pick ups.
Also the team that handles my treatment are helpful and follow through on orders.

Very expensive and not worth the money
The communication is very good from them. However the value for your money is not there. There are other good options. You only receive a total of 3ML for $750. This is for the low dosage option so you really aren't losing the weight. In order to get the higher dosage, the price doubles. So again, do your research this is not the place for you unless you have extra money to spend.

Unfortunately with this medication you can not start at the high dosage. We will not put our patients in harms way by putting them on a higher dose to start and doctors orders need to be followed. During the consult all was explained

The intake process was quick
The intake process was quick. They were able to deal with a hiccup real quick (tried another place but withdrew because of changing cost and pharmacy blocked new prescription briefly). So far so good. Great shipping and customer service.

Royal Medical is top notch. Extremely good customer service.
The entire staff that I’ve talked to have been great. There’s always someone available to answer any questions that I’ve had. The Doctor was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The entire process has been super easy and stress free. I’m very pleased with Royal Medical.
