After reaching out to our customer services team it has been established that this customer has left a review for the incorrect store, this was meant for a London based company called 'Royal Vape House'.
We have helped them locate the correct store details so they can resolve this matter with them directly.

We take concerns around product quality and expiry dates very seriously. Following your comments, we identified an internal oversight and have already corrected the affected listings to ensure this does not happen again.

A member of our team did initially respond to your email; however, it appears this message did not reach you. We then followed up to ensure the matter was fully resolved as quickly as possible, and can confirm that a refund has been processed and reward points have been added to your account as a gesture of goodwill.

We’re also sorry that your delivery took longer than expected. While Easter period delays can sometimes impact dispatch and transit times, we appreciate your patience.

We understand your frustration and regret that this experience fell short of expectations. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, as it has helped us improve our processes.
