Back box delete done on my 335d BMW. Looks unreal and sounds so much better! Big choice of exhaust tips as well. Ill deffo be coming here again

Good price for the quality. Only reason for 4 stars is I had to wait a bit longer than expected but the product itself is solid.

I had received an Axle-back for my vehicle and the exhaust valve would not stop rattling. They gave me instructions on how to fix it which lasted a few hours. I reached back out and had to contact them multiple times over a week to get a response, which had consisted of them asking if I had followed the instructions they had sent. I did, I tried them again and nothing worked. Over the course of three months I have been trying to get back in touch several times and following up in order to get a response back. This was from the managing director as well with no new responses in a month. I let them know I was even willing to pay for the new butterfly valve. DO NOT buy from this company and support this level of work and customer service, I wouldn't want anybody else in this frustrating position. This situation started on the 16th of November 2025 (11/16/25) and continues to now (2/22/26)

The quality of the stainless steel is good, but the fitment is extremely bad on my i20 N.

First the downpipe and flex goes down too low so the strut bar thing that is supposed to be under the exhaust cannot be fitted properly. I am actually unsure if one of the parts is for i30N instead...

The flanges or what it's called between the parts were also so warped that the gaskets could not stop leaking.
My mechanic had to grind the surfaces to make them straight enough to not leak.

But the worst part that I cannot fix is that the whole exhaust goes down too far, and this is because of the downpipe or the flex ..

I don't know which one is off. But it fits really bad.

Sadly, because I really tried to be positive, but that part is not fixable without cutting and welding and I might as well buy new parts then..

Absolute nightmare to deal with
AVOID at all costs

They sent they item on time and its relatively good quality but does not fit my car despite them claiming 'fits any right hand drive audi tt'. The shape is horrible and does not conform to the shape of my footrest. Online chat is none existent. Basically told me it was my fault for getting the shape wrong when it states 'fits all right hand drive audi tt's' avoid avoid avoid

I ordered the axleback exhaust front subframe brace for my Kona N I'm completely ecstatic. The workmanship, the look and the sound are phenomenal. These guys are Legit!!! I couldn't be happier. Got a great sounding good looking exhaust cat-back put on my E46, the boss and fitter was a very approachable chap who understood what I wanted and needed, which he duly supplied and fitted at an affordable rate. Had to go back with a developed quibble a week or so later but was met with the same understanding and he put it straight immediately without charge or argument. Would recommend.

My car was too quiet, so made online enquiry and given a few options to think about. I followed up with phone call a couple days later and got booked in for a res delete, and within 40 minutes of arrival my car was transformed. I'm one happy customer. Thank you Dan!

Bought a intake snorkel, took a week to arrive, got round to fitting it, everything fine until tightening the securing bolts and one of the lugs snapped off, very poor mounting. Not a good manufacture.

I purchased a 3" Mid Pipe Exhaust Section for my Kona N (UK Spec) which has just been fitted.

Exhaust sound has deepened and far more pops and bangs on Accelerator lift-off, but not overbearing, and no drone at motorway speeds.

one small gripe. only one end of the pipe came with new bolts but the other end whad none.

Pricing for the Kona N mid pipe seems a bit high considering the pipe is shorter than the i30N FL and less complex bends either. not sure why it was priced at £40 more????

Overall impressed with the exhuast and fitment.

Delivery was very quick too.

I took my converted microcamper van here for a complete new bespoke exhaust due to it previously being converted to a mobility vehicle with a modified exhaust. Drawing blanks from other mainstream garages who said they couldn’t replace it I was so fortunate to discover this garage. The customer service was excellent from first contact to completion. The owner of the garage was calm, friendly and reassuring and he fitted me in immediately to have a new exhaust made and fitted. I was very impressed with the new exhaust which was very reasonably priced given it was handmade and welded on site. I can’t thank these guys enough for their service. I’m a very happy customer and would fully recommend to others.

I bought a full exhaust for my Hyundai i20N from RPM and because of distance I had it fitted locally. However, I wasn’t very impressed by the work and, after chatting with Dan, we decided it would be best if I drove all the way from Sheffield to RPM Performance in Norwich so that they could completely refit it (properly). A great bunch and they could not have been more helpful or diligent. In retrospect I should have had them do the work in the first place! Although a long drive (about 6.5 hours all in) it was absolutely worth it.

Daniel has carried out numerous custom fabrication projects for me , very talented and highly recommended.

THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO TRANSPARENCY

Had some issues with the exhaust system. Needed a couple parts to redo what got messed up.

Had an email thread back and forth with Daniel and after around 20 emails and asking the same question multiple times (if shipping was expedited for the rate) following up multiple times I finally got short fused and said what's taking so long and Daniels true personality started to show.

He then decided to go on to facebooks VN Owners Group and started to stir the pot there. I'm sure the thread is still active. Tried to berate me in the group saying it was installed wrong and that it is user error... But it was the same exact picture I had sent him over email and nothing was said in the thread about this. AT ALL..

From the get go I experienced terrible customer service. Their manufacturing and shipping time was crazy. Royal Mail, or the like, also lost the package and RPM had to recreate it and I told them I wanted to back out and just refund it then but they told me I would "Love" the system and I don't at all. And clearly with the issues that I've had there's zero real customer support. Daniel told me to pay him 150 euro without answering any of my questions before his temper tantrum and then later on FB told me to kick rocks and get it done locally. This guy just wants to take your money and move on with his day and for the cost of these systems and the materials they're comprised of is just UNNACCEPTABLE.

2nd visit today after getting Decat Downpipe, 3” Flexipipe, GPF Delete, 3” GPF Back System and 5” Burnt Tips
After realising the system was too “Loud” for what I was after, spoke to Daniel and discussed best options and all sorted 👍
