I bought a Kratos gym from RPM Power last year and have discovered that I really enjoy the Lat Pull Down. This new set of cable attachments to go with the Kratos is excellent and really allows you to isolate various muscles. Whoever knew how much scope could be in the humble Lat Pull Down?
