Communication with head office was excellent. The two technicians who did the job were pleasant and professional. Work was tidy. Electrician was quick and so careful. All round very pleased.

Great service, but I do wonder as to the validity of the testing. In Norway, such testing is only permitted in winter months when houses are shut up. We had our first test carried out in May when our holiday home was shut up. High radon levels were found.
In June, two extractor fans were installed, with two testing tablets being placed close by to the fans. This time,
the house was occupied, and the results provided much lower safe levels. Unfortunately, we lost a house sale as
a result of the first test!

Great service

Great service, kept updated and really knowledgeable.

Expertise oozes from RWPradonwales, our experience was 1st rate from start to finish. We loved the fact we could share our requirements, hopes, and concerns with Richard, Lee, and Martin. Prior to finding RWP other companies used scare tactics to frighten us into having an Active system which would have been noisy and expensive to run. RWP was different after viewing our property they suggested two Passive systems with a mushroom solar fan topping the sump exhausts which provides day and night suction. The solar fan is powered by daylight charging the battery during the day and continues to run throughout the night, totally silent giving 24-hour suction. Even though RPW are extremely busy they were able to fit the job in within 4 days while in the area. Everything was coordinated, and they kept us informed of arrival times. Martin set up and worked nonstop in the rain and surprisingly the drilling was quieter than I expected. The passive systems just look like our soil pipe and cosmetically blend in with our home which will hold value rather than be an ugly carbuncle. After completion, they left it looking clean and tidy. I am a stickler for work being done correctly and I can honestly say this was done to perfection. Do not hesitate to trust RPW. Well done Martin, Lee, and Richard. Thanks for a fantastic job and the peace of mind.

Right from my initial enquiry, RPW Radon Wales has not only been extremely helpful, but has completed necessary Radon related work in a very neat (tidy) and timely manner.
On top of that, everything was explained each step of the way, so there was no confusion about any of the work carried out.
The gentlemen that carried out this gruelling task, did so without any complaints (even though we had no biscuits), and departed leaving the work areas tidier than when they arrived.
Would I recommend this company to any of my friends? Without a doubt or hesitation.

I am so impressed with the speedy and knowledgable service I have received! I was kept in the loop at all times, advised and the staff are so happy and friendly at all times! Thanks guys for making this less stressful!
