RS Scuff'N'Buff レビュー

I chose this firm based on what I read on their website about the team and the glowing reviews.
Im pleased to say that all I read was spot on and my car was repaired perfectly, the service was perfect and it was great talking to Rob and Kane about cars and life.
Also impressed to see the Covid19 rules being so strictly adhered to.
Very impressed and I would recommend to anyone.
Thanks very much.

Can’t thank these guys enough .... excellent service, exquisite work & Gino, the car, is looking great !!!

I recently took my car in to fix a scraped and dented panel. Rob was very clear about the work that was needed and fully explained what was required. He's meticulous about the finish and I was very pleased with the end result.
The service provided was friendly, efficient and professional. I would have no qualms about recommending them for any repairs as their standards are very high.

I took my car in for rear quarter and rear bumper damage and to have my front bumper refitted

They fixed it the same day I went to pick it up and it was a mess they thought I was going to look at it in the dark and rain so we got it in the garage and dryed it and it was a big mess the paint was still wet it had runs in the paint and orange peel and bits in the paint and overspray all in wheel arch and the dent was still there an the bumper was on there worse than I brought it in

They told me to take it and bring it back the next day and made me pay when I shouldn’t so I did took it back the next day and I pointed out what I didn’t like again and they said to me that the overspray will come off when I drive down the road and I said it won’t then rob come over and said I will put that dent back in it for you and you can take it like that so unprofessional in the end they agreed to sort it and I picked it up and it’s still no better I gave them the car as long as they want so I have to take it somewhere else for a proper garage to sort it as rob told me it’s a 3 foot repair when it don’t say that anywhere

Would not recommend at all!

Excellent workmanship and solid advice from a friendly team. Really happy with the end result.

Impeccable service, slightly pricey with the minimum fee, but bonus of the 'free' paint match pen they provide, sweetened the deal. Would highly recommend.

Great job done and with short notice too. Thank you 😊

Scuff and buff did an amazing job fixing my car door looks good as new! Would highly recommended!

Very professional, friendly and competitive service from the team at RS Scuff ‘N’ Buff for my recent car repair. They were very happy to deal with an insurance claim which not all garages are. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Really friendly, good with communication. Really quick at getting me booked in and getting the job done.

RS Scuff'N'Buff were easy to use from the outset. Everyone is very polite and friendly and make time for you. From the time of my arrival, I was with someone looking at the damage within 2 minutes, and went away a few minutes later with a detailed quote, and a booking for the following week.
Taking my car in was easy, and I duly received a call at the time promised to say that the car was ready for collection. I'm very happy with the result, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great Service, quality work and lovely people to deal with.
I would recommend the to anyone

Amazing job done can’t even see where the damaged was.
Great customer service too

From the first enquiry Jane and Rob and their staff provided a friendly professional service. They were very accommodating when I needed to change the date and the actual repair was so quick and conveniently carried out in a few hours. Happy with the paint work to the front and back of our BMW and although hope will not need too... will happily use them again and recommend them.

Top paint and repair job as good as new, prompt, courteous service and at a really good price

Very pleased with repair to bumper backed up by a professional, courteous and friendly service.
