Andy came and fitted new boiler today. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and safely. Polite and professional at all times. Would highly recommend.

They have carried works on my house and started the works but never finished the job.
I've tried to contact them by phone to complete this Job but no response.
Feel really let down by the company. The communication of this company is very poor,
Just feel like they have taken the money as an incentive and ran.
A friend had the same issues with RST and ended using another company.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Gary fitted our new boiler over two very long days, with help from Lewis on the second day.
The installation was not straight forward so took a lot of hard work. Gary was as upbeat when he left on day two as when he arrived on day one.
Very nice blokes, I felt very comfortable even though they didn’t leave until very late. They worked so hard hardly stopping even for a drink, plenty of tea to keep them going.
I would thoroughly recommend them, very professional and reliable.
I would definitely use the fitters again.

Someone Called, Later the same Day Somebody we had a Visit. Then before I Knew It Electrics Were done. They Gave us dates For the rest of the Job and Everybody kept to their Times. No trouble Here a Good job By All.

Had my insulation done today by Paul & is pale forgot is name lol but just won’t to say wot lovely helpful lads they were & very respectful thank you boys

Gary fitted our boiler. The work was to the best standard you can get. He was honest and helpful therefore I recommend him for his boiler fitting related services. I appreciated his work and thank him for his work and his advise.

This review is specifically about the brilliant work carried out Gary and Lewis from RST Boilers.

From the moment they arrived they were friendly, reliable, punctual and professional. They were great with the family and explained any queries, which we were unsure of. They went above and beyond and did a thorough job-even refused any help with cleaning! All in all I'm extremely pleased with their service. I will definitely be using Gary and Lewis for any plumbing work again. Hope Lewis all the best in his apprenticeship!

I booked a day off today from work for a survey which was booked in by RST around 6 weeks ago, RST also organised a hive installation which actually came on the promised time.

However they postponed on me at the very last minute for the survey today.

In addition when the certification came it said hive and TRVs installed which is a complete lie, who knows what they tell the government and what they claim for as I have not had no trvs fitted. As for ringing up last minute, and not even rescheduling and showed no empathy from the person it self. Poor customer experience from the other lady.

Andy was excellent, efficient and very helpful. He was very patient when we couldn’t locate the stopcock.
He worked hard and left the house clean and tidy. He was friendly with the kids and explained everything in detail.

Had my boiler fit by Keith top guy really professional and excellent at his job would highly recommend.
