I purchased a $120 RSVLTS D23 exclusive Maleficent jacket at the D23 expo. I was wondering what the manufactures warranty is as I won't be wearing this heavy jacket till December most likely. Per their customer support since it was not purchased directly from the RSVLTS site or app they won't honor any warranty on their product. Even if I did purchase it directly from them they have less than a 30 day warranty! Honestly who is going to wear their product enough in less than 30 days to know if it is faulty and needs to be replaced. None the less my coaches jacket that can't be worn till winter since it's 95 degrees and the summer. I will never purchase from them again nor will I recommend their product due to the lack of customer support. I will stick with Stoney Clover, Dooney and Burke, Disney, and Loungefly who have at least a one year warranty!

I guess I got a little snowballed by this company because I loved their products so much and I thought they were maybe kind of a smaller company because they have so much of an social media online presence. The only reason I thought that would matter is if there was ever an issue I thought maybe I could get a hold of somebody and have them fix it pretty easily but do not be mistaken in any way shape or form about that. I was recently sent the wrong size shirt and it was their mistake not mine and the route at which you have to take to fix that is completely insane. You will not be able to speak to a human being in any way shape or form either so before you send them $70 just know you are rolling the dice on whether or not you're going to receive the correct item and if you don't get ready to talk to a robot over and over again. When this robot gave me the information to send the shirt back I did that and then now I'm getting a confirmation that they're sending me another one out but it's the completely wrong shirt LOL. I would venture to say that you would actually have better customer service from Amazon and that is a hard statement to say most of the time. This company's customer service is completely non-existent so if you do have to rely on it you are in real trouble.

Design pattern looked fun so decided to try a shirt from here. Tons of hidden charges and when the shirt turned up it is the nastiest most horrible quality. 93% polyester horrible fit would avoid like the plague. Certainly not worth the £75 paid. Could find better quality for £5 at the local market.

They always get orders wrong. Then the shirt you really wanted sells out. Instead of refunding you and letting you keep the item. They make you jump through hoops. First its an AI response then its forwarded to one of the many morons that want you to send it back. I love wasting time, money drawn from my account, printing labels & buying packaging for nothing. What a joke of a company

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a shirt and got the wrong one in the mail. Sent a picture and sent it back said they would send the correct one. The second one, was also wrong. Did the same process again a third time. STILL WRONG SHIRT! They can’t send the correct shirt and you can’t talk to a real person as everything is done through AI and no public phone line to call. Absolutely terrible will never recommend and will never buy from them again even if my life depends on it. They are worthless!

I ordered a Robin Hood hat and the shipping just….disappeared. It’s now out of stock and they would “love to make it right” which basically means a store credit or refund. No hat. Not sure how something as something as simple as shipping got messed up, but they use DHL International which has no proper tracking. Incredibly frustrating. Won’t order from them again.

Been buying for the past 3 years and no regrets, the shirts are amazing and their customer service is excellent. There’s this guy named Pete who goes out of his way to make sure everything is set! Love this company

So for anybody wondering this company is a scam they will sell you a shirt print out a label not give the shipping company your item tell you it’s been shipped and refuses to give you a refund watch yourself and your money…..I have voice recordings and emails to prove they are liars
(EDIT - once I spammed them (they blocked me), raises the complaint with my bank and wrote bad reviews across the internet they finally shipped my shirt 2 weeks late) now let’s see if it arrives in a timely manner

I have bought many shirts from RSVLTS and love their designs. However, I had a shirt made with their proprietary fabric that just began pilling and falling apart after 3-4 times wearing it. That is completely unacceptable quality for a shirt they charge $70 for.

I sent in a complaint with photos of the shirt with extreme pilling and they pretty much just said. "Meh, it happens" and refused to replace it.

UPDATE:
They responded with another email the following day and offered to replace my shirt given the circumstances as a one time exception. I am very happy that they did this and think it warrants changing my review.

Their sizing is way off; I wear an XL in all my shirts. The xl was a medium at best. Then i submitted a return for a 3XL hoping it would fit and you sent me a 2xl. On top of they are charging me a refund fee. Terrible customer service!

RSVLTS is incapable of making shirts with sizes that match any other company. I have been gifted RSVLTS shirts on two occasions and both were incredibly small for their marked sizes. Most recently I was gifted a Fanatasia shirt in a XXL size. I have XL shirts of the same style from other companies that fit better than a XXL from RSVLTS. This company has no comprehension of how to make shirts with sizes uniform to US standards. If you do buy one, ALWAYS buy TWO sizes larger than you need.

They don't update there website. There customer service sucks. They will send you a mystery product if what you ordered is out of stock.

My shirts arrived and every one was the wrong size. I double-checked the measurements with a tape measure, so it's definitely not a sizing mistake on my end. I've tried contacting support, but all I've received are automated AI responses and no real help with returning them. Very disappointing customer service. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

Customer Sevice team was great and very friendly to deal with. Always prompt trying to help when they can when there’s been an issue, and always very kind when dealing with through email. Service was great. Shirts are fun and vibrant.

Cheap made in China products. Made from polyester, just using fancy name KUNUFLEX™ .
Avoid at any cost. Not worth £53 at all

Great company and even better shirts! Any time I’ve had a need for customer service they’ve been very helpful and quick. There’s a reason I have so many shirts and keep coming back.

The title says it all. This is a RAPIDLY growing company, and with that, there are growing pains. Issues with slow(er) fulfillment have been ADDRESSED, but if you are new customer, PLEASE be aware that fulfillment times around the holidays will be longer. The company has implemented a chatbot to provide auto responses to customer service emails, which allows the recipient an immediate response, and it’s also easy to escalate to a real person if needed (just say the word!) At times, there are still issues with fulfilling the correct order (sometimes a shirt is put into a bag with a different barcode on it, so you get a different shirt) but it’s hard to know whether someone returned it that way, or if the warehouse made that mistake. Anytime a mistake is made on THEIR end, they issue a refund, provide a free return label, & do not charge a restocking fee. There has been some inconsistency in the stitching / quality of shirts, but again, the company is rapidly growing, so they’ve had to up their capacity. The community is amazing, if you’re looking for fun shirt friends, this is the place to be.

Spark Notes Summary - RSVLTS is growing, fast. They’re rolling with the punches, putting process improvements in place (LEAN manufacturing anyone?) and they are kicking ass. The prints never fail, and they’ve been releasing new ones more than once a week, EVERY week for the past 2 years. If you want cheap, disposable clothes and no friends, go to Walmart.

I’ve been buying Rsvlts for about 3 years now.I looked into them after seeing my favorite Disney Vlogger Paging Mr. Morrow wearing them. I’m a bigger guy so finding shirts that fit and were comfortable is sometimes difficult. Rsvlts has changed that! The shirts they offer fit great and are very comfortable! Definitely a great Brand to check out!

RSVLTs is an amazing shirt company who cares deeply about the customer base. They do all sorts of cool things more than just sell you a shirt. This company even goes as far as recognizing who there loyal customers are and they get rewards or shirts get made in honor of them. No other clothing brand does this! Highly recommend. The shirt is high quality and feels nicer than Tommy Bahama or shirts that are in that category.
