Opened their message with 'Dear [Candidate's Name]'
I was messaged by them on Indeed and the message opened with 'Dear [Candidate's Name]'. That tells you everything you need to know about these people.
If they can't even be bothered to paste your name into a generic message, how do they expect me to believe they're worth my time?
On top of that, the formatting of the message had huge gaps between the paragraphs, and the 'opportunity' was in a place I'd never heard of.
I don't know if it's incompetence or lack of caring, but it was at a level where I found it genuinely insulting. Don’t work with these people.
Edit: Their response below is proof that they will not accept responsibility. Right after my review was posted they tried to claim that my review was for a different company, despite the fact that I provided a screenshot of the message from them. Now they are fully blaming Indeed, and I can guarantee that the platform did not remove my name from the top of the message and replace it with '[Candidate's Name]'. Don't work with these people, they're incompetent and lazy and will not take responsibility for their failings.

I am unhappy about the lack of work which is well paid upon my experience and qualification.
They have promised many during my interview but weren't respected by their consultants. Since joining, I have done only one work.
They were offering the position as TA in order to offer a weak pay.Or, I am a QTS with more than 10 years experience.
Really, disappointed!

Fantastic agency
I was with rTriibe for almost two years and there has never been a day where they couldn’t find me work when I was available. The talent acquisition partner I worked with made finding work a priority, and always managed to get more long term work for a school I loved working at. I was given really quick and clear communication on the rare occasion there were problems, such as snow days, and they were really understanding of times I have not been able to work due to university commitments or illness. rTriibe is a fantastic agency where the staff care about you and your needs, and I highly recommend joining if you are looking to gain some experience in the wide range of schools they work with!

I've had some great work from them, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Communication is easy, and they have an excellent app with which you can manage all your bookings. Highly recommend!
