They are helpful understanding and accommodating

Clear direct contact easy to access

The Rtriibe team is super efficient in their service delivery. One of the outstanding qualities is their
up-to-date information regarding any job bookings.

The communication is very good. I have quite specific needs of where I would like to work and they are so helpful and let me know ASAP when a job is available.
The app isn't great tbh but other than that its all fantastic.

I worked with rTriibe for over 3 and half years, and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience for me. All the staff are very proactive and incredibly helpful, and they consistently found me great roles across a variety of school settings. They offered me both part-time and full-time work, as well as flexibility in choosing when I wanted to work.
I really appreciated how they were always respectful and professional, and I am very grateful to rTriibe for everything they have done for me.

My first day with rTriibe was great! The team was supportive, the procedures were clear, and everything ran smoothly. It was an enjoyable experience, and I look forward to working with them again.

rTriibe are a personable team and do try to offer work. I left in an unprofessional manner at one of their roles to prioritise my mental health as they let me work with a lady that was rude and there was no structure to the role, granted that's not rTriibe's fault entirely, but they seem to have trouble picking worthwhile clients so work is scarce.
The team are quick to respond and very communicative, but as another reviewer said, I fear they are failing as an agency as I was told that agencies are struggling to find work. My attendence to a job shouldn't be what your company hinges on and being told that the higher-ups are unhappy with me suggests he is a money-hungry, impersonable individual and in turn makes the rest of the team look bad...
I am grateful for their booking system albeit the dozen emails when a job is sent through, and confirmed!
Nonetheless, I am sad they couldn't give me a reference because I left in a prompt manner, but wouldn't reregister with them anyway.
It is good if you don't rely on their work as a main source of income, but otherwise I was grateful for the couple of roles I did have with them.

Excellent interactions and constant follow ups are done by the RTriibe. It was indeed helpful for me to explore new career options.

From the moment I applied, everything was extremely efficient. Once I had been cleared for work, I had an offer within two days, which I accepted. The staff are brilliant and highly professional. You get a very quick response to any queries and they keep in touch with you to ensure everything is going well. A modern, slick way of obtaining work using the app.I couldn't recommend this company enough. Fantastic!!
