Nobody responds for a weeks..I did not receive my order, and I can’t find the track number you mentioned in the DPD system

Hello, (I wrote this on 9th March this year to Rubber Duck's Customer Service email, along with photos). They wrote back about 5 weeks later just asking for an order number. Obviously I don't have an order number, as I clearly stated that they were a gift. I've not heard a word since, despite sending the email again. Rubbish product, rubbish, non-existent interest or customer service.

"I dropped you a 'quick mail' a few days ago on your site, no answer, and now I have to type all up again, as it has just disappeared. This is not good. What's going on?

A while ago I was given a pair of brand new Rubber Duck boots in their box as a gift. I kept them carefully, but have only just started wearing them as they were a bit too big, I am managing with insoles.

I would say I have worn them four times, never in bad weather. I'm just really shocked that the shiny plastic has come away from the front of both boots, it looks really bad.

Also, on the right boot, the rubber is coming away on the inner side. You can see in the picture above.

I am so sad, I thought they were going to get me through all the cold weather. I can't be the only person this has happened to. What is going on??

It looks really ugly now.

Have bought these boots for years and love them. Like the style and good quality.

My family already has 4 pair Rubber Duck. The shoes are very high quality and comfortable. The employees of the company are very polite and professional. It is a pity that there is the only store with a very small assortment of RD products in Russia. I wish Rubber Duck success and a Happy New Year to all Your team! Natalia . Russia.

I ordered a pair of Rubberduck Cameo in the end of January 2021 for 90 Euro. After around 6-8 weeks of waiting I found out that parcel has been returned to the sender by DPD. This was due to duty not paid and the maximum storage of 6 calendar days was over. Never was I informed that any duty should be paid by me, nor how that should be done. I have reached out to Rubberduck at two occasions asking for help as I could follow the DPD updates. I have not got one single reply. I'm a Swedish resident, which was clearly stated in the delivery information, so any requirements of paying a duty should have been known from Rubberduck. I still don't know what to do, I have paid 90 Euros for nothing so far. If you re anything else than a U.K resident, I would advise not to order from Rubberduck as they clearly do not know how to handle deliveries outside U.K .

The parcel has never been received, I ordered three months ago!
No reply by customer service!!!! Extra duty fees had to be paid, but worst thing is that no one feels responsible! No reply from Olympia/DPD and Rubberduck!

When will I be reimbursed???

Oh the irony. :( I’m still patiently waiting for a reply to my fifth email...asking for details on how to return a pair of boots that are too big!
Such super delivery service...and I’m keeping one pair...but i’m really concerned about the lack of customer care/communication.

Unfortunately, it is almost a month, and I didn't received jet my purchase ... I'm very disappointed and upset!

Very disappointing customer service. They do not answer emails and the telephone number is unknown.

The chat on Your web page is not very helpful. I asked one question twice to receive the answer and i finally got the reply a week later and the answer was misleading, telling me I have to pay no extra taxes if I order to EU. Was very unpleasant surprise when it came out I do have to pay +30% of the price extra to receive my boots. As I was already wearing the boots in my thoughts I paid the extra, but most ironic is that I have still not received them, more than 10 days later. The boots got stuck somewhere in France. So if they do ever arrive, it might be that winter is over, or they don't suit me at all and not meant to be for me. All I can say that My child has the boots and we are both happy with them and the fast delivery without extra taxes. But I didn't buy them from the Rubber Duck Fashion page.

I've been emailing the company & sending messages through the website ever since I received my order. I have received no reply. The boots I ordered are too small. The only instructions for starting a return are to email the company. No one has replied to my emails/messages & there is no phone number listed.

I wore out a pair of Rubber Duck boots years ago and was only able to find one pair in my size since. Still have them but wanted black, just purchased. Can hardly wait till they have that softness that only comes from wear. In the meantime, they look good, are light as a feather, great fit and received timely.

Very easy to use web site, there was no problem with paying. The cutest boots for 4 year old girl!

I have previously given a 5 star rating but had another purchase with them that went horrible. If you are in the US do not plan on returning or exchanging as you will have to pay shipping to the UK. The customer service is very nice but not prompt at all. I waited days for responses. It took a month to exchange a pair of boots. They finally covered the shipping cost which was very nice of them but it was a struggle. If you are sure of your size then go for it. Love the boots!!!!!!!!!
