Can’t give a zero!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a ninja woodfire grill, money taken, no response to emails after a few weeks no money no contact no item. They’ve put a message on their site not to charge back! They will refund the money? Not a normal thing to put on a site. Stay away.

Ordered chairs 2 months ago, took my money but not received them. I have emailed and tried the live chat but don’t respond to either. Website is now down. Scammers so don’t waste your time.

Zero stars. 6 weeks after placing my order still not responding to emails asking when it will arrive. Email has link to order tracker which doesn’t lead anywhere except an error message.

Do not spend your money on them.

Ordered a Ninja bbq which never arrived and they didn't respond to my emails. Interestingly as soon as I initiated a charge back through my credit card, they contacted them to say cancel the charge back and they'll process a refund. Seems they hope you'll forget about your order and keep your money

If I could put less than 1 star I would. Ordered 7/6/26 & still no tracking number. 4 e-mails not answered & their online help that says they respond in 24hrs has not responded to 4 contacts in the last few weeks. Scam company.

I ordered the gravity out door chairs on 11th June 2026. I have sent numerous emails to this company snd not received a single response. Avoid this company. It’s obviously a scam.

Upset I have to give them one star.

Company is an absolute disgrace.

Opened a dispute following a link on their page and a middle man are refunding the money Apparantly. Zero communication but quick to take the money.

Total scammers. Avoid like the plague!

Looks like I fell for a scam too. Ice maker for £20 - I should have known. After the initial confirmation email, I have heard nothing since and had no response to chaser emails. Not much I can do about it but lesson learned...

Do not use these people. Placed an order, a months worth of follow up and not a single acknowledgement of anything. Another transaction dispute. Total shower of incompetence

Wishing I’d looked here first what a prat ordered 2 garden chairs paid and received nothing website and order number all looked legit, scammers and very good at it,don’t be fooled.
The old saying goes no fool like an old fool I’m retired so couldn’t afford to be ripped off.

Ordered 2 anti gravity recliners early June, order conformation sent money taken. 2 day delivery stated. Wheres my goods. No reply to Emails sent. Scam artist of the first degree. Stay clear. How do they sleep ar night!

I ordered 4 chairs and an umbrella from them, I was promised very quick delivery and after 12 days the items have not been sent let alone delivered. I have emailed them 3 times and had no reply. No confirmation of shipping on website.
Entered through link on Facebook and sold via shoplify who are just as bad as have emailed them twice and no reply from them either.

DO NOT TRUST EITHER SITE.

Scam, ordered 3 items 30th May. No confirmation of shipping and no reply to emails. Entered through link on Facebook, so they are condoning these fake sites too. Shocking

This shop is a complete scam artist why do we (the consumer ) keep getting done

Complete scammers
I ordered the ice maker machine for £20 on the 30th May and I’m still waiting for confirmation from them, I have emailed them and have received any emails back.
If anybody else has had this problem with Rubinmarkle please would you advise me on how to get my money back.

I too fell for the old saying - if something seems too good to be true then it normally is. I used Applepay to buy a bargain Ninja BBQ and as others are starting to say after receiving an order confirmation straight away, I have heard nothing since. Emails are left unanswered and zero communication since.

Do not buy form this firm they are crooks they have all your information off you take your money and never dispatch the item. You can email message them no one ever gets back to you do not buy from them .
