I received two samples as requested and on time. While the 'Cotton White' was exactly as I expected, the 'Silver Grey' was quite different to what I had expected from the colour chart on the web site. I was led to believe that the cost of the 20ml samples would be returned if I went on to make a full order, which I have now made, but was unable to claim the cost back. Generally, I think this is an excellent product. I do find it difficult to measure out accurate but relatively small volumes of the monocoat and accelerator for the purpose of finishing relatively small areas involved in furniture making.
