Rubric delivers on the agreed deadline every single time, even for very large and complex localization projects where we translated more than 25 European languages simultaneously with very tight timeframes.

They can handle a wide variety of file formats, including translating Articulate Rise and Storyline, and delivering as SCORM, xAPI, MP3, MP4 - whatever we require. Rubric also efficiently coordinates with external vendors when specialized services are required—such as managing voice recordings in 10 languages. Rubric acts as a strategic partner by offering valuable insights to optimize our translation processes, and giving tips pro-actively what we can keep in mind when we create our English Master version of content, to make it localisation-friendly.

During my long corporate career as an event manager at Amway Europe, I had a privilege to cooperate with the Rubric team in coordinating the translation element of all the event communication. What I liked:
• Experienced team: Over the years, we worked with several different Rubric project managers. Each transition was handled smoothly and professionally, and every new project manager delivered with the same high level of expertise while meeting our very demanding requirements.
• Communication and timelines: Despite a complex array of overlapping deliveries, Rubric ensured alignment through clear and proactive communication. Their “exceeds expectations” translation delivery report was especially valuable, as it identified potential quality concerns before we had a chance to surface them ourselves.
• Professional quality: Translations were accurate, culturally appropriate, and well adapted to the target audience. There was consistent attention to detail and strong terminology management throughout the process.
• Pricing: Rubric’s pricing model was very competitive, and they actively sought opportunities to reduce translation costs for our products without compromising quality.
Areas for improvement:
• To balance this review, I want to include a couple of areas for improvement. However, I simply cannot. They met or exceeded my expectations at every turn.
