Rubyfortune.com casino took money from my account. I made no deposit and I check my bank daily, saw this morning there was 5 dollar deposit to Rubyfortune.com without me making that deposit. I am taking legal action again this.

Zero… cannot connect with customer service at all. If you have a problem, and it’s not a standard problem, you are screwed. You cannot connect to a real person at all….

Then Ontario took it over and said only people from Ontario can play there and its honest and trustworthy. The rule only applied to Ontario, You have to give them too much info. When you play at land based casino you only provide ID if asked. This is bull. I didn't play there for about 2 years when they opened under Ontario only and played my favorite games and got lucky and cashed out 3000 no questions asked then a couple of back to backs for approx same amount. It has been months almost a year the games I won on are so tight and when you get free spins it freezes up. It seems to monitor what I won on and tightened them really bad. Just so everyone is aware. Once you start playing and all a sudden it refreshes the page again and not by you doing it your self you can kiss your money goodbye. It’s like it will only let you win until a certain percentage then it refreshes on its own then your wins are less and less I been playing for awhile. Personally I love this casino they have hundreds of games and you know what the withdrawal process wasn’t terrible. I think it was actually like maybe two days for the processing if that and then I was sent the money the next day five stars I could get more I would.
