I wish there was a way I could give this company zero stars actually negative stars. They have stolen my money on several occasions then they try to blame it on me or my lousy connection so to speak then the real kicker is they leaked my information and now I have a woman who sends me an email and the email states I have all of your information. I tried to log onto my Ruby account and there were you were all of your information your coins and your credit card information right there for me to spend now I did not realize this and she spent my money Not much because she felt bad and then sent me a letter saying that she didn’t realize it was my account and I believe her so then I’m sure other people were also spending my coins because I’m missing thousands of dollars now fast-forward a couple more months I am in a bonus round and the bonus had a glitch or something and I when I come back all my bonus money was gone I had won $200 and it was just not on the record. It was not credited to me so it did not give me my bonus coins Then I try to contact them and I wait for them to come and chat for over an hour, then they come in to chat and I’m one minute late and then they hang up and I have to start the whole process all over again. This is what they do repeatedly to me every time I try to put a complaint then they told me that they will not deal with me because I’m going to corporate and they were just really rude and didn’t even offer me a free spin or not even a penny this place should be charged criminally as far as I’m concerned they are thieves and they need to be shut down. My experience with Ruby Slots Casino has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you're considering playing here, I urge you to think twice. Over the past month and a half, I've had to actively fight EVERY single day to redeem the money that is owed to me.

Initially, I was excited to win some money, but that excitement quickly turned to dread when I attempted to withdraw my funds.

I was instructed to resubmit my driver's license several times, on one occasion being told the very next day that it was no longer needed. At one point, I was asked to provide my birth certificate, not as an option of proof of identity or citizenship but just that, my actual birth certificate. Each day something new, and each time I reached out to customer support, hoping for some clarity or progress the agent I spoke with had no concrete information regarding my redemption status. Instead, I was told things like "The finance department deals with redeems and they aren’t around until Monday,” and “You’ll need to come back in 48 hours when the appropriate team can check your documents.”

They had me submit my Bitcoin address multiple times, only to later inform me that Bitcoin withdrawals were not available. Two weeks into this process, Ruby Slots canceled a smaller withdrawal I had initiated before this whole mess began and I was left with no choice but to restart that withdrawal process from scratch.

I was instructed to send my bank information to an email address that was simply labeled “Casino.support,” To which I recieved a reply that asked “Which casino is this for?”

Took away VIP status and forever to get paid!
I was a VIP player on Sunrise Slots, Raging Bull, Silver Oak, Palace of Chance, Posh Casino and Ruby Slots. Due to the fact that I started winning a lot and cashing out after spending THOUSANDS of dollars, they took away my VIP status and took away all promotions from me.
If you want to get paid good luck getting paid on time! They claim 7-10 business days to get approved and then 7-10 business days to get paid. That’s far from the truth. I made a withdrawal on October 19th and today is December 21st. Still don’t have my money. Don’t waste your time or your money. They were glad to take my money from me when I kept losing. My VIP host even calling me on the phone to offer me promotions. Then when I needed to talk to him after he was supposed to get me information for tax time I wasn’t “allowed” to speak to him. If I could give zero stars I would I was up in my winnings and all of a sudden they disappeared on me causing me to have no winnings and nothing hitting in my game after two mega wins in a row.
