I ordered a liner. I never received a confirmation email with an order #, tracking etc. I recieved a liner that i did not desire. I attempted to exchange it through the Hassle Free return system. After six tries and many exchanges of emails I asked for a representative on the phone. I got no one, a bunch a contempt and they quit answering. Say your money and go elsewhere to get a dog truck liner. The only liner these guys care about is the lining of their pocket.

So far this review is a negative 1 if I could! I ordered the ruff liners back seat cover and was informed of a Wednesday delivery. As Wednesday approached with no tracking information I emailed Customer Service where I was informed that they had experienced errors in there order tracking system so they created a new order for me and it as put into fulfillment . 4 days later and no tracking information still I sent another email which the response was, it has not shipped yet with no further information given.
This is just a horrible purchasing experience. I hear good things about the product but do not expect to get it before Christmas 2026!!

Ordering was quick easy. Delivered in a few days, was very pleased how quickly it arrived. The back seat extender came fully assembled , easy instructions, sturdy straps! Fits like advertised, 1500 ram. Going on first road trip, we shall see how it holds up! Would buy again, great experience, thank you Ruffliners!!
