There was a huge color difference between what we ordered and what we got. Im not a big fan of ordering with the idea of ‘i’ll have a look and see’ and I almost never return, but this was just not good. I thought it’s probably me so already eyed another option but the FedEx driver told me she’s getting returns allll the time, always for the same reasons. Another customer returned 5 times because colors and even patterns are so far off all the time, so I thought twice about it. Customer service is really nice and the return policy with a home pick up by FedEx is great, hence two stars, though it costs you about €10 in a administration fee, but I preferred to have had a nice runner in my hallway now.

Improved quality and great support
I have made two orders at Ruggable and customer support was excellent in both occasions!
My second rug has even better quality than the first one. More vivid colors, better materials, finish touches and improved fitting with the bottom part.
I bought it initially due to my allergies and because of the great Morris patterns. Very satisfied!

Beautiful rugs - we bought one for the living room and one for the hallway. Both are beautiful and soft to walk on.

Colours are often faded and not what is pictured. The whole ethos of the company is dated. They say the rugs last about 5 years depending on how often they are washed. Please go to a local auction and buy a REAL antique of vintage carpet or rug that will last hundreds of years and will have much more character than these plastic mass produced garbage dump fillers.

I absolutely love my rug! It looks exactly like it was advertised and presented on the website, which is always reassuring when ordering online. The quality also seems really good so far — now we’ll see how well it holds up over time and with everyday use.

Before ordering, I actually used ChatGPT to generate an image of the rug in my living room to get an idea of how it would look in the space. It was incredibly useful, and I think it would be fantastic if Ruggable offered a similar feature directly on their website. Being able to visualise a rug in your own room before buying would be a huge help!

I ordered the Pink Tufted Rug from Anthropologie. Their customer service was super responsive, I had bought the rug at full price, but it went on sale later that afternoon, so I reached out to them and they refunded me the difference. Delivery was fast, and I even got to test putting it in the washing machine after my cat threw up on it. It held up perfectly in the wash and looks good as new
