I can't believe that it is such an expensive rug but the color doesn't go all the way down so if you have a chair on the rug and then move the chair you see white because the rug gets pushed down and it leaves a mark. That is the sign of a very cheap rug but its actually priced very expensive.

Exceptional service!
The first rug I ordered didn't work at all for the space. I asked the agent about exchanging it for another, but the sale I originally purchased my rug on had ended. The agent allowed me to purchase my replacement for the sale price without any hassles. The new rug is just perfect!

Bonne expérience avec Ruggable et tapis correspondant a ce que j’attendais. J’ai dû retourner un tapis qui ne me plaisait pas et l’experience de retour a été très fluide et le remboursement rapide. Je retire une étoile pour la livraison qui a été chaotique du fait de Fedex, mais bon.

Delivery was good.
The carpet looks like the photos but the textile is very strange! It has nothing to do with a carpet! It just feels like walking on a plastic!!! Very disappointing …
