I love the concept and the attractive options. But the quality isn't there. The rug fades incredibly fast. I bought a rug for the entrance to the shower. I really like it. About 14 months later...

Ruggable is the Original Washable Rug brand, created to make beautiful living effortless. We believe style should never come at the cost of practicality—which is why every Ruggable product is made to handle real life, beautifully. We make beautiful, machine-washable area rugs, runners, doormats, and bath mats. But that’s only the beginning. Our rugs are thoughtfully designed to be nonslip, interchangeable, durable, and stain-resistant—because your rug should suit your lifestyle, not the other way around. Our story began with our patented 2-Piece Rug System: a washable rug cover and a nonslip rug pad that make cleaning up spills, pet accidents, and everyday messes simple. Building on that innovation, we introduced our All-in-One Rug System: a one-piece, machine washable rug with a built-in nonslip backing. It’s our softest, simplest, and most comfortable design yet. From sleek and minimal to bold and statement-making, every Ruggable design is made to suit your space and your lifestyle—so you can let life in and skip the worry.

.A very successful experience. Shipping was handled with care: the package arrived clean, undamaged, and well packed. The rugs were properly protected and showed no signs of deformation during transport. The result is beautiful—no disappointment with the colors or patterns, which are 100% true to the website presentation. First cleaning was very satisfactory: the vacuum cleaner does not lift or move the rug.

Rug that keeps Its prolisew
I was worried to take a rug with 3 big dogs who moult all year round, but the rug keeps its promises: very easy to clean, you see the dog hair only on the black of the zebra, and the hair does not get stucked in the rug, very easy to vaccuum.
My old dog had a poop accident on the rug (gosh, just 3 days after the rug was installed 🙈), but a bit of scrubing with a wet sponge and everything went away.
The rug is not only beautiful, but also very soft. It changes the entire room. I will definitively buy more 🤎

I have received my amazing rug.
I have received my amazing rug, it looks beautiful, and it's perfect for the room. I originally ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it for a larger one. The exchange process was simple and customer service was very helpful. The second rug arrived very timely. When we put the rug in place, it lays on the floor and doesn't move. The backing holds it in place very well. I love it.

Cordialement,
Sabrina - Le Service Client Ruggable

Hi Haifa,
Thank you very much for your feedback!
We're sorry to hear that the Ruggable received was not what was expected. While various devices (phones, laptops, desktops) do not always convey the colouring properly to our products, we try our best to ensure that the photos and descriptions are as close as possible to the real product received. We understand this can be frustrating as sometimes this can differ.
Please feel free to reach out to us at support@ruggable.eu so that we can provide you with further assistance.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
