Great rug. Shipped fast. Exactly as described.

Very professional ,fast and simple

The condition of the carpet was as advertised and better than I expected. It was well packed and was delivered at five o'clock on Christmas Eve, two days before I had planned for such a huge package to arrive, a surprise, but a pleasant one as it turned out.

Very happy with purchase (small rug), from description to quality to shipping. Nice transaction.

I ordered a few different rugs and runners from rug source. They came faster then expected ( right around the holidays) as pictured and clean. I even emailed them the look I was going for and they suggested a few different rugs in my price range. Great customer service, will use again.

I enjoy decorating with small vintage tribal rugs and finally bit the bullet and ordered one from Rug Source on-line through Ebay last fall. The rug I chose was more worn than I had expected and I returned it for a refund. What I want to say is that because Rug Source refunded my money, I trust them and would certainly feel comfortable ordering from them again. I do wish that I had asked more questions before the purchase. The gentleman I spoke to there was clearly an oriental rug expert and taught me a lot in our short conversation.

I love my rug. It was just as described online. It arrived quickly and was folded (I might have preferred rolled, but the rug lost all wrinkles once it was flat.) I would definitely buy from Rug Source again.
