was initially very happy with Rumen — prescriptions were sent quickly, efficiently, and on time. However, since December, their service has become inconsistent. There were weeks when I went without medication, and although I finally received the next month’s dose and things got back on track for a short time, the following month’s medication hasn’t been sent, leaving me a week behind again.

Considering the cost, this is extremely frustrating — it feels like money wasted when I keep getting set back. I reached out via their website and it took several days to receive a response, which simply asked if I needed another dose sent out — which, of course, was exactly the issue I raised! I replied, but it’s been several more days without a response or any notification that my medication has been sent.

Overall, what started as a reliable service has become inconsistent and stressful.

Jess is always available and willing to help, replies instantly and is proactive in supporting customers. Would highly recommend Rumen and would like to recognise Jess as a big part of that! :)

I am beyond grateful to the team at Rumen for completely changing my perspective on weight loss. I'll admit that I started this journey in June 2025 as a total skeptic regarding medications like Mounjaro, but the results by March 2026 have been nothing short of life altering. Being 50 kgs lighter is a massive milestone, but the mental cleanse and development of sustainable eating habits is the real gift. I don't know exactly where the finish line is for my weight loss, but I do know that my mental health is in a fantastic place thanks to the constant support and guidance of the Rumen family. I couldn't have done this without them.

I’ve been with Rumen for roughly 4 months and have been amazed with the results, losing 12kgs which I never thought would have been possible. The overall support you get from Rumen is highly educational and I couldn’t be more happier.

My weight journey has not been an easy one but the team at Rumen has made it as comfortable as possible for me to achieve my goal which I’m happy to finally see the results I’m happy with :)

Communication was great. Always had the opportunity to contact someone with questions. Was very easy to get started on the program.

I began with Rumen a few months ago and honestly saw great results! My doses were always on time and I could check in with doctors and dieticians free of charge (however the dietitian booked out very far in advance)
The issues started just before Christmas, I emailed, messaged and called around 8 times between the 22nd of December until the 2nd of January as I hadn’t been charged for my next dose which was due on the 2nd of January. I never heard anything back and to this day haven’t received any response meaning I’ve had to take myself off the medication. I understand having time off for public holidays/Christmas and New Years but I believe that long is unacceptable especially when it pertains to medications

I was anxious regarding my administration of my dose so contacted Rumen with my concerns. Was given assurance that all was well. Very impressed with the prompt reply.

I joined Rumen when I was struggling on my weight loss journey and they were very approachable and easy to join. They discussed in detail my history and was helpful in guiding through the process that I would require. They are very reliable and easy access to appointments with practitioners and consultations. Always very quick with their responses on any queries or delivery related concerns. I would highly recommend them as I have been benefiting from their treatments really well.

Rumen is fantastic, I’ve lost 8kg so far and Dominic the dietitian is so helpful in helping me achieve my goals!

I started at Rumen in May 2025 and over 6 months I lost 7 kg. While I did see some progress, I was honestly expecting better results for the time and effort I put in. The staff were supportive and the environment was positive, but the outcome didn’t fully meet my expectations. Overall, it may work well for some people, but it didn’t deliver the results I hoped for.

I had contact with Dominic today, he was so helpful with my payment issue.

Rumen has been so easy to join. Appointments are convenient, Doctors are friendly, encouraging and insightful and the support staff are eager and responsive. Realising that I will be away over Christmas and unable to receive my expected delivery I jumped on the chat and Jess got back to me with a solution in 60 seconds!! What I thought was going to be a stressful delivery negotiation was actually just a 30 second YES. It's such a relief to be able to chat with someone who WANTS to solve the problem. Thanks Jess!

Nothing is too much trouble for Jessica Flynn. She always replies straight away to emails & is happy to help with any questions. She's my "go to lady" with any queries. Rumen is a great company that is easy to deal with. I'm getting steady results & if I have any doubts it's extremely easy to book an online consultation with a physician. As a very anxious person, I was put as ease immediately. I can't rate highly enough. Thank you Jessica for all your support.

I have just commenced my weight loss journey with Rumen. Dominic has been extremely supportive from the beginning with my 1st consultation and still following through with my appointments.
Dominic has been accomodating in helping me navigate forms etc and providing information that I have requested.
