Excellent product, we had an issue when we changed our phone trying to reprogram the door, I contacted them by email and their response was super fast. I do definitely recommend their product.

I highly recommend this product. It has worked as promised. I have had my door for 2 years now.
Customer support is excellent, I contacted them as I was having difficulty with programming ( my own difficulty with technology!)they answered me in minutes and helped.

My first T50 door had internal problems. The company makes you do a lot of testing, videos and the like before you get a replacement. I used it for about two years and now it made a heavy grinding noise. In taking it apart, the brass drive gear on the motor is worn out and cannot turn the gear train resulting in a door that doesn't move anymore. For the premium price, I can't say I am impressed with the cheap motor internals. ( I wish I could post a picture of the worn drive gear, easy to see). Gears should be steel for better life span, not happy with the quality. It only has a 1 year warranty. I would not recommend buying.

We bought this door years ago when we got our second flock and it’s a game changer. It’s sturdy, simple, it works reliably with out fuss. When we did have an issue, customer service was excellent with a prompt and thorough response resolving my issue within 36 hours. They’ve even accommodated for older models in there app update (which is adorable btw). If you’re on the fence, do it. You’ll be glad you did.

I love the simple mechanicals of this door. I love knowing that it will open and close with the ambient daylight, so that I can go away for a weekend and know my girls will be able to get out during the day. It worked beautifully even during our recent polar vortexes and sub-zero temperatures.

The only time it didn't work was when it had rained and then there was a quick freeze. Moisture around the edges required a bit of a tap to get it loose.

Recently it stopped being quite so trustworthy, i.e. it would open late in the morning, but a quick response from customer support suggested I replace the rechargeable batteries, which were several years old by now. Problem solved.

As I was working on the door, the chickens were very curious. They heard the sound of it opening and closing and one very excitedly came over to quick run inside before she missed her chance. They know that sound!

I do look forward to an improvement on programming the door. It's very wonky. Took me several tries, but it did work.

That said, I stand by my five stars, given I've only had to program it twice in the years that I've had it.

Customer service was great! The app is not working with my older version door so I reached out to customer service and the response time was super quick and they helped me program my door with a link until a new update is available for the app. Very impressed with the customer service support. Thank you

This is the second time I contact the customer support: the first time years ago they send me new door mechanism and to today because of the apps which does not fit any more with my old door

The support for this company is amazing, I was having trouble with the door automatically opening feature. They replied to my email within 24hrs. Every email after my first email was also very prompt. They helped me trouble shoot it Every step of the way till this problem was fixed

I purchased an automatic chicken door over a year ago. The door does not work properly, they replaced it free of charge!!

We have had this automatic door for a few years and I has performed very well. I took the opportunity to upgrade to the Bluetooth version which was a simple swap out process.

Our chickens come and go trouble free.

I've had so much trouble trying to program this door. This representative that responded to my email request gave me a link that fixed the programming problem immediately.

Great door and great customer service. I had to contact them because I couldn’t program my door and found out that their new app update wasn’t compatible with the door until they get a fix. I emailed them they responded quickly. I got it fixed and they were super quick to respond.

I have the giant door and I think its a great door. My only complaint is that the door has vented holes in it so that means during the winter it lets a draft flow through and doesn't keep the coop as warm as it could with a solid door. Now its great for the summer but terrible for the winter.

The customer service rep got back to me in less than 24 hours. They were courteous and offered help that got my door running again. I appreciate that very much!

This product is fantastic. Worked everyday for 2 years before I had to put 2 new AA batteries. Reliable and you don't have to think about it or check on it.

I'm really happy with my Run Chicken Door. I did however develop an issue and contacted customer support for help. Literally within an hour Emily contacted me with the steps to take to resolve my issue. I was surprised by the very fast and friendly response! I recommend this product to anyone quality and customer support!

They got back to me with different ways to help. Very good company to do business with.
