Be careful
Be careful - clothes do not look like what they do on the website/models. Has a Temu vibe to the quality and the company does not offer refunds. Customer service was also extremely average. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was horrible and rejected my return as they saw a “white mark” on the inside of the dress. The picture shows a barely visible mark that could very well be deodorant that can be wiped off or could’ve been there before I got it. Didn’t think to inspect my articles of clothing. Seems like everyone on here has a similar experience and they will reply with the same generic reason they cannot accept the return and that i’m out of my money. Total scam of a brand and will never purchase or recommend this to anyone.

As outlined in our returns policy, all items do need to be returned in their original, unworn and clean condition so they can be accepted and processed. When an item is received with any marks, wear, or signs of use, we’re unfortunately unable to approve the return, as it is no longer in a resaleable condition.
For anyone returning items in the future, we’d recommend carefully checking and inspecting each item before sending it back to us, to ensure it has not become damaged during the try-on process. We also suggest being mindful when trying items on, as things such as deodorant, makeup, fake tan, or hair can easily transfer onto garments and may affect the outcome of a return.

It is their word against yours and they provide no evidence to back up their decision into declining your return, they just send you generic emails that seem to be the standard response to everyone, so I have learnt ready other reviews........... Horrible quality
Horrible quality, and completely non-functional long skirt due to being too narrow at the shins with no split or stretch making walking normally impossible. The size fit perfect, it’s just a terrible design. Not sure how they get away with selling such rubbish with a non refundable policy on sale items. Fake discounts cover them, they say the skirt was $100 but I got it for $50 therefore it’s a sale item. There is no way this skirt could possibly ever be worth $100, it is so shoddily made it looks like I sewed it together. And that’s bad. What a waste of money. Head to Temu & SHEIN people! Why are we supporting Aussie companies that rip us off & screw us over? What a joke

Appalling Customer Service
Received my order that I purchased for $148.00 it literally required instructions on how to put it on. I finally worked it out and had it on for no more than a minute and it didn't even cover my top half, It was awful. I emailed immediately and I was offered a store credit which I had accepted. I was required to pay $11 postage and handling to receive my return label, I had no issue with this whatsoever. I Received notification from Aus post notifying me my item had been received back to the seller, but I had not seen my credit. I emailed them to query where my credit was to only receive an email back informing me that they could not except my credit as they was a mark inside the garment, and mentioned that I had not informed them it was faulty. They attached cropped pictures with no evidence suggesting that this was the dress I returned. They then went on to say that if I wanted the dress back I need to pay an additional $10 for them to return it or they would discard the dress. I replied stating that I didn't address this purely because I did not see the mark when I received it and this mark could not have possibly been made by me because it was on my body for no more than a minute. I have not received any further correspondence from them after my reply. Given the reviews that I have read, this seems to be a common practice from this company, absolutely appalling, nothing but thieves, be AWARE very AWARE they common thieves.
I will be taking this matter further.

Refused Return Over Issue I Was Unaware Of
Really disappointed with how this was handled.
I returned a pair of pants because I accidentally ordered a size small instead of a medium (I already own them in another colour, so I knew they wouldn’t fit). Because of that, I didn’t try them on or inspect them closely before sending them back.
When my return was received, I was told there were markings on the inside of the pants and my return was refused. I was also told that because I returned them as “too small” instead of marking them as faulty, it couldn’t be accepted.
The issue is, I was completely unaware of any markings at the time of return. I can’t report something I didn’t know existed. I would never knowingly return an item in that condition.
It was frustrating to have my reason for return used against me, and the response from customer service made me feel like I wasn’t believed.
I’ve purchased from this brand multiple times and love the products, but this experience has really put me off.

DO NOT BUY – BLATANT ACL BREACHES & MISLEADING SIZING
Do not waste your money on Runaway The Label. I am currently in a major dispute with their management (Lucy and Mia) over a large order of shorts one of which is "Lazure " that is objectively misdescribed.
Their online Size Guide states a Medium is 100cm. The garment I received measures 115cm (57.5cm half-chest). That is a 15cm (15%) discrepancy—the equivalent of three to four full sizes. When confronted with photographic evidence of the tape measure, their "Customer Care" team doubled down, claiming that because it’s a "relaxed fit," a 15cm variance from their own chart is intentional and "matches their internal files."
This is a deceptive and misleading trade practice. They lure you in with a Size Guide that doesn’t reflect the actual product, then trap you with an unlawful "Final Sale" policy to deny a refund.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS: Under the Australian Consumer Law (Section 56), a product MUST match its description. A "Final Sale" sticker does not override your statutory right to a refund for misdescribed or faulty goods.
I have now:
Lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
Initiated a transaction dispute with my bank for "Goods Not As Described."
Reported their "Final Sale" and sizing practices to the ACCC.
TO OTHER SHOPPERS: If you have been scammed by their "Store Credit" loop or inaccurate sizing, do not just accept it. Lodge a formal complaint with Fair Trading and the ACCC immediately. They rely on customers not knowing the law to keep your hard-earned money.
Runaway The Label: I have provided the evidence to the authorities. See you in the investigation. To think you could have avoided all this by working this out directly! Big Mistake, HUGE!

Our sizing chart shows measurements in both centimetres and inches and is intended as a general guide. The measurements shown refer to body measurements, and because garments are designed differently, fabrics stretch or drape differently, and styles vary, the finished garment measurements may naturally differ from the chart. For example, this shirt you ordered was described as having a relaxed fit, so it is expected to measure larger than the body measurements listed in the chart.

with any sizing concerns before ordering. We are always more than happy to provide detailed sizing advice for specific garments to help ensure the best possible fit.

The quality is appalling
The quality is appalling. I’ve returned two bridesmaids dress because they were see through and looked incredibly cheap. I received a gift voucher even though I asked for a refund. I used the voucher recently to purchase two dresses and a top. A total of $320 the top was discounted the dresses were full price. I’m a standard size 8 and the fit and quality of all three garments is terrible. Both dresses are see through, the pictures on the website make them look great quality and not see through but in real life they look like temu. I was excited to wear them on my holiday but after receiving them I’d be embarrassed to wear any of them as the quality is very poor.
