I was reluctant to sign up at first given all the other options out there but I found myself in a situation where Rural wifi was my ONLY option for my particular circumstances and I'll tell you what, I absolutely cannot fault them. I was using their 4g router for over a year with absolutely zero problems. I recently upgraded to a 5g router, so far so good. But the best thing about Rural wifi is the customer service. It is, hands down, THE BEST customer service I've ever dealt with and that goes a long way. I dealt with Dawn mainly and she was fantastic and lovely to deal with. The customer service is enough to keep me as a lifetime customer regardless of my future location. 5 stars.

The BEST customer service
I honestly can’t believe any of the 1 star reviews on here and am convinced they are confusing the company with another. The customer service of Rural WiFi alone would keep me onboard as a loyal customer for the foreseeable future as well as recommending them to family and friends - the best of any company I have dealt with, not just any internet solution company. I dealt with Chris & Dawn on initial set up and Padraig for my renewal and all were friendly, professional, efficient and went above and beyond what I have come to expect as typical service. On top of all of that - we’ve had zero issues with our service the entire time we’ve been customers and we are a household heavily reliant on good internet connection and speeds (3 TVs with firesticks, phones, tablets and 2 working from home).

The team made the changeover very easy and have given us a great service so far. The coverage is a lot better than with previous provider. Very happy to have made the change

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. From the flawless wifi we are now receiving to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, everything about our experience has been positive. Happily recommending to all our family and friends, would leave 10 stars if I could!!!!

Great service from rural wifi
Short delay after application, helpful technician on site. Installed and up and running within hours. Signal in a poor area is good enough to work remotely. If the Wifi remains this good, it’s a great service. Thanks

Reliable Service with Friendly Customer Support
I've been with Rural WiFi for almost three years now, including the past year for remote work. It's been reliable, with very little issues. Over a year ago, I received an upgrade that noticeably improved the speeds and reliability. Customer support has been great; Ciara will sometimes call to ensure everything is running smoothly and ask if I need any assistance. I highly recommend this service, as reliable broadband can still be scarce in rural areas, and having this support makes all the difference.

Highly recommend the customer service team at Rural WiFi. Dawn, Ciara & Clare have gone above and beyond to assist me with any issues that I was having. The support offered by all have been exceptional and waiting time to answer the phone is minimal. Fantastic service from a group of people who thoroughly enjoy Thier work.

RuralWifi customer support is amazing
RuralWifi customer support is amazing. I honestly haven’t met such a great team.
Special mention to Dawn, who is an absolute gem. She is super helpful, patient and always kind.
Also Evan and Anthony who are very professional and understanding and they are always trying to find the best solution.

Excellent company to deal with
Rural WiFi are exceptional to deal with. Very honest and up front in every aspect of what they offer - bigger companies could learn a lot from them. Sam, in particular was excellent and very helpful with everything.

Rural WiFi - an excellent support team!
The support team at Rural WiFi is excellent. The team is very responsive, friendly and the same person will follow any issue until it is sorted out. I have just been organising the installation of fibre and Ciara has been extremely helpful and friendly throughout. I recommend them strongly if you need internet in a remote location.

Brilliant team
Incredible experience overall but without a doubt the women who I dealt with really made this company worth reviewing so highly. Dawn, Hannah, Ciara and Claire made me feel heard and exceptionally looked after. Hoping I can deal with them in any future interactions if necessary but I doubt I will need to.

Easy and efficient wifi providers. I would highly recommend.
Rural Wifi were very easy to deal with over the phone. I spoke to a man named Sam who set me up with them and arranged for my router to be posted out to me in no time. Once I had the wifi set up, it was all systems go and I've had no problems since. My parents use Rural Wifi as well, so they referred me.
