Ceci concerne PDF Rush ( ou Rush PDF)

Je suis content de la conversion effectuée par PDF Rush mais voici la réclamation que je leur ai soumise et pour laquelle j'ai eu une fin de non-recevoir :
Je me permets de vous rappeler que je n'ai utilisé qu'une seule fois votre logiciel et que j'ai payé 0,5 € pour la période de 2 jours. C'est un besoin ponctuel ( retraité) et je n'en jamais eu l'usage que cette fois ci. Votre renouvellement automatique (29,90 euros) est une tromperie pour moi car vous ne me l'avez jamais proposé et que donc je ne l'ai jamais accepté.

J'ai pris contact avec le Cec (centre européen des consommateurs) qui me dit qu'il peut contacter un centre de défense des consommateurs américain afin qu'il se mettre en rapport avec votre société.

Avant d'aller plus loin je vous propose de me rembourser immédiatement le montant de 29,90 € que vous avez prélevé indûment sur mon compte.

J'espère une réponse positive avant d'aller plus loin.

As far as I am concerned this site is a fraud. I could not get my one document to convert! I immediatly sent AN EMAIL AND contacted the rushpdf.com and CANCELLED THE "MEMBERSHIP" . AND THE CHARGE THEY HAVE NOW TRIED TO BILL ME FOR 2 WEEKS IS 39.95 IS AN ABSOLUTELY REIUCLIOUS AMOUNT. I really want to give 0 stars but it won't let me. I have printed off copies of the emails I have sent to them as proof!

Rushpdf.com is a very useful tool. Their customer service is very responsive, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Rushpdf.com

When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was met with unhelpful, scripted responses and a refusal to assist. This rigid and customer-unfriendly approach clearly prioritizes profits over fair treatment.

After looking into it further, I discovered that this is a common issue. Many others have reported being repeatedly billed $38.95 after forgetting to cancel their trials, often without even using the service. These practices leave customers feeling misled and trapped. RushPDF’s lack of transparency, failure to provide basic safeguards like reminders, and unwillingness to offer reasonable refunds paint a troubling picture of their priorities.

Unless RushPDF makes significant changes—such as implementing notifications, offering refunds for limited usage, and ensuring greater transparency—I cannot recommend this service. There are plenty of better options available that treat customers fairly and with respect."

I would have a 0 for rating but unfortuntaley i had to put one star. I am extremely annoyed with this website because as i read below from another customer i only used this website once within the seven day trial period i went on my bank account and saw i got charged f$40 for the subscription i emailed customer service and explained i did not have my phone i switched phones therefore i lost everything as in passwords and could not log in to my email until last night meaning i could not log in to cancel this trial but now i am being told i cannot get a refund even thought i emailed them today when supposedly the subscription renewed which again i only used once during free period. Ridiculous website i never encountered such a money hungry website like this one. Do not recommend at all there are much more pdf websites that dont charge as much and work perfectly fine plus are understanding of situations that are out of our hands as customers.

I have been using RushPDF to easily convert documents between Word and PDF. The e-sign feature is simple and convenient. I highly recommend it for anyone needing fast and reliable PDF tools.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with RushPDF’s handling of my recent experience and your refusal to issue a refund, despite being well within the bounds of their stated refund policy.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial on December 24, 2024, and used the service only once on that same day. On December 30, 2024, I noticed a charge of $39.95 to my account. I immediately called to cancel the service, yet the charge settled with my bank. On January 2, 2025, I contacted customer support team to request a refund. However, despite speaking with three different agents and mysteriously being disconnected on two of those occasions, I was repeatedly provided with scripted responses that refunds are not given.

Your own Refund Policy states:

"If you contact our customer support department, we can help you resolve any issues you may have and potentially provide a refund or offer credit for future services. [...] If a refund request is not made within 30 days of purchase, we cannot provide a refund."
My request for a refund was made well within the required 30-day period, yet you have refused to honor this policy. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for your stated terms and conditions.

Due to their refusal to issue a refund and the company's unprofessional handling of this matter, I intend to take further action. I will be filing complaints with the Attorney General’s Office, the Better Business Bureau, and other relevant consumer protection platforms to expose these unfair practices. Additionally, I will share reviews about this experience to inform potential customers of your unwillingness to adhere to your own policies.

I urge you to reconsider your stance and issue the refund immediately to resolve this matter amicably. Failing that, I will pursue all available channels to seek justice and accountability.

Using the program worked great for a pdf I needed. Then I got charged $39.95 twice because I forgot to cancel the trial. $40 is an insane price for this service. I contacted customer service and was not granted a refund. Most apps/companies will refund a mistake like this. Your company essentially robbed me. I won’t be using this company again.

Monthly subscription fee is too high for what you get.
