I'm not satisfied with the service provided by RushTranslate. During the quote process, they count all the words in the document, including the text within revenue stamps. However, in the final translation, those same stamps are not translated, even though they are clearly part of the official document.

Additionally, I found an error in a record number. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is exactly why a final quality check is essential before delivering the document. If I was able to notice it, they should have caught it as well.

Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the inconsistency and lack of attention to detail.

We selected this company for its 24 hour turnaround translations at a good price. However, our translation was not sufficiently accurate. We had to furnish a revision of several lines with accurate text (total translation process 48 h). The notarization was good. The need for such an extensive revision is a downside and diminishes the promise of a rapid turnaround.

All of the translations I ordered on RushTranslate are always super fast and accurate. I never needed any revisions. It's my go-to for a reliable official translation.
