Best screws have ever used top quality great service

As a joiner who is going to build a house in Scotland I researched Russwood and arranged a visit to the showroom at Newtonmore where I was warmly greeted and introduced to Paul who showed me many cladding options. Range of products and importantly exceptional product knowledge was superb. As my project progresses and I make final material decisions I will definitely be using Russwood. Thank you our visit was very worthwhile. 👏👏

I came across Russwood from an article in the Sunday times and got in touch as we were looking at wood cladding options. I was very interested in the SiOO:X treatment. They sent some samples and helped me figure out everything (batten system etc). Excellent documentation which my builder was able to use to do a flawless implementation of the cladding. Great support and they sent us free of charge two extra boards as some had been damaged in the original shipment. All of their products were top notch and as I said they were always there to help answer a question. Highly recommended.

I was reviewing timber products for current and future projects. Thermopine was a product that met my demands especially longevity and stability. I reviewed all south of the border customer service reviews and there were a few that raised red flags. I eventually stumbled across Russwood. I was surprised how local it was. I met with the CEO who showed me products and fixtures and provided a lot of information on them. I provided plans and was provided a quote. I couldn’t complete due to an unexpected circumstance. I requested they remain in contact which they did. Enventually finalising on requirements and price. I was taken through an informative process of paying and delivery process with wonderful staff and meeting the lorry driver. My products were wrapped and others in correct boxes fully itemised. Faultless and I felt I got amazing value for money for the whole positive experience. Thanks to ALL at Russwood. Even behind the scenes your website is great.

I went to Russwood again for help with the second stage of replacing the existing cladding on a house in the Highlands. Craig was once again outstandingly helpful and knowledgeable, advising on the non - standard battening system I required and even being able to supply cladding boards of a non - standard running length. The haulage department were also outstandingly helpful, delivering on the exact day I had specified. I am delighted with my finished project and can wholeheartedly recommend Russwood to other customers.

Russwood supply a very high quality product, and after a wide search for less expensive cladding, we realised that no other supplier that we could find came anywhere near offering the same quality at a more competitive price.
Add to that their friendly communications and the clarity of their terms and conditions, and it became a no-brainer to be supplied by them.
The product surpassed the high expectations we had of it, and now fitted, it looks as "sharp" and consistent as we could have hoped for.
I highly recommend that if you are looking for timber cladding, dig deep and go with Russwood.

The only place that did the fixings we needed, and our builder needed them quickly. I wasn't sure how long it would take, but I needn't have stressed; delivery was within 2-3 days, which was great.

From the initial enquiry, viewing the different products at their site in Newtonmore, placing the order and then delivering, the process was easy.
We love the Scotlarch Rainscreen on our new build, which was installed horizontally & vertically. It looks stunning from the distance, and are so delighted with the finished look.
It was a delight to deal with Russwood, and it was easy to order more of the fixings and rainscreen for our fence which follows the side of the house.
