Tricking user to get the personal data
They restricted my account so I went to support for what reason this happened. They said "Your total claimed coin amount exceeds your total deposit, complete KYC to lift the restriction". They sent me a sumsub link and I completed all. After I told them I've done it, they perma banned me with the balance in my account... telling "I further reviewed your account so you are banned" after more talk the support confessed they lied to me to get my personal information. I asked them "how did I abuse the reward system?" They closed the chat with no reply.
