The quality of the stickers that I ordered were excellent. With the tutorial instructions that were sent with the order it was easy to have a successful installation. Customer service was very good from ordering to shipping and installation of the product. Very satisfied and will definitely do business again with the people at Rustypod.

Went above and beyond!

Mail service had issues getting our decals to us BUT Rusty Pod went above and beyond to get our stuff to us!! Always responded quickly to our inquiries and emails. They really went the extra mile when we ran into issues. Decals came out great and our truck looks amazing now!! Thank you!

I have yet to get the package but they


I have yet to get the package but they reply back fairly fast but there deceiving there website says reston Va so I had thought I’d get it faster as I’m in Va as well. But I can live with slow shipping until I was informed it is not even coming from reston Va or any state in the USA which is not advertised I’d never bought it knowing this but lesson learnt!

Find a better place to order from.

The decals seem to be of good quality, but The web page said it came in a pack of two so I ordered a quantity of one pack and a shirt. $80 waisted. They insist it’s only one even though the site says two. Regarding the shirt, they call cream, gray. I will order from Dingmun from now on. I tried to work with them, but they feel they hold all the cards. It’s their loss. I need several more decals but don’t care for bait and switch tactics.

Regarding the delayed delivery, we have previously explained via email that this was an unexpected incident. We have already reproduced your order and arranged for a replacement shipment to you.

Additionally, please note that the delivery issue only occurred with the decal product; the t-shirts you ordered were delivered promptly, as scheduled.

Regarding the delivery delay, we previously sent an email explaining that recent regulatory changes by the U.S. government have impacted the importation of goods, which unfortunately was beyond our control. Slow shipping

The decal looks great, but

I specifically asked how long it would take. They said 2-3 days but neglected to tell me it would sit on a dock for 3+ weeks. Shipping took forever.
There are no directions with the decal.

We previously sent you an email explaining the shipping process. Your order was processed within two days after your design approval, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen issues with customs clearance, we had to resend your package. This may have caused some confusion, making it appear that your order was held for three weeks before shipping.

Regarding the installation instructions, we did send you an email with the relevant information, but it is possible that it ended up in your spam folder. Additionally, we have included our YouTube channel link on the packaging, where you can find detailed installation videos.
