Competent therapist and great availability and choice of treatments
Booking process is as per other similar platforms ( i.e: Urban) but i feel there is more choice of treatment.
Iâve used a very competent therapist for different treatments and she did not disappoint ! Pregnancy massage, reflexology and deep tissue massage!
Natasha is a gem!
I have to say the only downside is that Ruuby adds a booking fee on top of the displayed treatment price, which is different from what was done with Urban so it ends up slightly more expensive but as Iâm very happy with treatment received so staying put for now. :)

Laurie was very good once she hadâŠ
Laurie was very good once she had arrived. Booked her from 8am but she did not arrive till 8.45 and I had to leave around 9.15/ 9.20. So the experience was very rushed and really spoiled what could have been a pleasant experience. However she was skilled and charming and completed hair and makeup quickly and competently. Unfortunately, in the rush to gather up things when leaving, she inadvertently took my wired ear pods!
