The clothing is great but the customer service is, as others have said, non-existent. I asked a query that took RVCA a month to respond to, and ironically their response after a month assumed that because of the elapsed time my query had already been dealt with.
I've returned an item as I ordered two sizes, it's been a couple of weeks and received nothing so far.
I'm unlikely to order from them again; they're clearly unable to communicate or process basic operations with any semblance of proficiency.
Disappointing as I love the trousers I got.

Ritorna l'articolo disponibile, lo ordino, e di nuovo dopo 5 giorni ricevo l'annullamento dell'ordine. Rifaccio l'ordine di nuovo. Oggi ricevo di nuovo la notifica che a causa dell'alto numero di richieste l'articolo Ú esaurito di nuovo. In tutto questo provo a scrivere al servizio clienti e di nuovo rispondono con un bot. SERVIZIO CLIENTI PESSIMO, NESSUNA CURA DEL CLIENTE.

No customer service, full stop. I ordered an item and a week later the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. The day after my order was cancelled, the item was back on the site, but â¬15 dearer. I reached out to find out why this had happened and I have received nothing back over a week later.

Purchase this brand beanie for my boyfriend for Christmas. The style was what he normally goes for and that's what I chose but it was very tight around his head and stuck up in the back he would like me to return or exchange it for something else. Other than that the color was fine which was a light gray. He mentioned that he doesn't like it are RVCA as much as he used to since they've been leaning towards more surfing

While the products are good they let themselves down consistently in logistics and service.
3 consecutive orders were problematic with 2 never arriving and the 3rd delivering a faulty product. 2 months later after returning the product I am still waiting for a refund

Die Marke gefÀllt mir vom Design her gut. Ich hatte mir damals ein T-Shirt in den USA gekauft. Jetzt habe ich in einer Aktion (Rabatt ab 80⬠Bestellwert) drei Artikel gekauft. Ich habe einen Pullover mit einer 6cm offenen Naht am Ãrmel erhalten. Habe nachgefragt, ob sie mir einen Austausch anbieten (gleicher reduzierter Preis da Aktion) oder ich den Pullover zu einer Schneiderin bringen kann und mir dafÃŒr ein Gutschein erstattet wird. Ganze 10 Tage habe ich auf eine Antwort gewartet. Ablehnung durch die QualitÀtsabteilung! War mein erster und letzter Kauf!

2,5 Monaten nach einer RÃŒcksendung habe ich vom RVCA-Kunden"service" die Nachricht erhalten, dass der externe Retouren-Dienstleister ihnen mitgeteilt habe, die Kleidung sei getragen worden. Dem ist nicht so. Die RÃŒcksendung wurde daher abgelehnt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich das Geld schon per PayPal-Konflikt zurÃŒck erhalten. Ich kaufe meine Kleidung fast ausschlieÃlich von dazugehörigen Konglomerat (Billabong, Quicksilver, DC). Davon werde ich in Zukunft Abstand nehmen. Zudem: Warum habe ich dann die Ware nicht zurÃŒckgesendet bekommen? Ich habe sie ja bezahlt.

Placed an order the end of June. Here it is August and still have not received the order/product. Have emailed them twice with no response. This company must be a scam. Before other companyâs show ads for companies they should vet them. Very disappointing!!!!

Item never arrived
Placed an order for 1x T-shirt and 1x shorts 4 weeks ago. I had an email saying it had been dispatched with DPD to my address in the UK. Logged onto to DPD's website to check the delivery today and it initially said delivered to a name that wasn't mine nor any of my neighbours.
On further investigation, my package has been returned and wasn't even attempted to be delivered.
RVCA are saying the money will be back in my account in 72 hours, but I go on holiday in a couple of days (hence reason for order) and dont have time to get to the shops now.
It's experiences like this that really damage consumers trust in small brands.

I placed an order for two items on rvca.co.uk and then saw all these negative reviews so was worried my order was doomed! It wasn't! The items were shipped separately but I received both quickly and had email updates throughout which was consistent with their website. Also, items were great and very cheap for what they were! I know rvca went through change of ownership so maybe there were teething troubles they're now past ð€·ââïž
