Damaged product

I received a package in which was damaged and the product inside was also damaged the company was quick to replace the damaged product with a replacement i would definitely recommend them and will do business with them again in the future.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. First I had to call them to remind them to ship my order. A week later than the it was quoted to ship. Then I received the wrong part. Spoke to a associate and was told they would call me back with a return authorization. Another week goes by, I call and get an email that day. Then I had to call and get them to refund my money after 2 weeks
