We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.
We have many years of experience in taking care of all our customers’ eye care needs and concerns. Our team of experienced optometrists, dispensing and contact lens opticians are dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality eye care services, at fair prices, you can trust us to take care of your eyesight and vision needs.
We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.
Our practices are located in Crystal Palace, East Dulwich Purley, Sydenham, Welling, and West Norwood. We look forward to welcoming you to the renowned Woodfalls experience.
We pride ourselves on the expert and friendly service we offer at each of our six branches.
The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

Such a WONDERFUL experience! The team is just so reassuring, welcoming and accommodating.
I went for a long overdue eyetest and consultation in general regarding new glasses.
My glasses arrived the next day!
Highly recommended!

Very impressed with my first visit to Woodfall Crystal Palace
I had the most thorough and comprehensive eye check that I have ever had. Milly gave me a very clear explanation of the results.
I wanted to buy new glasses and found the process equally helpful and professional and ended up with lovely new frames.
