We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.
We have many years of experience in taking care of all our customers’ eye care needs and concerns. Our team of experienced optometrists, dispensing and contact lens opticians are dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality eye care services, at fair prices, you can trust us to take care of your eyesight and vision needs.
We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.
Our practices are located in Crystal Palace, East Dulwich Purley, Sydenham, Welling, and West Norwood. We look forward to welcoming you to the renowned Woodfalls experience.
We pride ourselves on the expert and friendly service we offer at each of our six branches.
The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

My visit was because I was having a problem with my eye, it was blurring over. I was told I needed laser treatment which i am waiting an appointment fir.

No waiting , very thorough test and explanation of the process. Optician was patient and friendly. I felt very relaxed about the examination. Reception team and spectacle fitting assistant very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent service
Aman the optician was very polite and attentive, but also easy-going and never over the top. The whole experience felt really friendly while still being extremely professional.
While I was going through the new spectacles options with the lovely lady Lewis, I also got to see him interacting with other customers, and it was honestly a pleasure to watch him do his job. You don’t come across that kind of care and attitude very often these days.
I’ll definitely recommend this shop and will happily go back!

Always have my eyes tested here as the staff put you at ease and are so helpful and explain about everything you need to know. Lots of glasses to choose from and the quality is excellent these won’t fall apart like other cheaper shops out there!
