I have been trying to get the pharmacy to request meds from my doctor for 2 weeks. I ended up acting as a go between trying to work out where the doctor was sending the scripts and why the pharmacy was not getting them. This is the third time it has taken 2 weeks to get scripts between them. 2 Âœ weeks later I still donât have my meds and have been off them for 2 weeks. The latest is that my credit card wonât run. Iâve had the same address on it for 7 years and am using it everywhere else with no problem. I confirmed the address 6 days ago and itâs taken them 6 days to tell me they gave a problem (Iâm thinking they are running my shipping address instead but itâs not occurred to anyone to check that!) I have now had to send them a check as they donât take Amex. Now theyâve called me (again!) and I missed the call so called back. Iâve been on hold 30 minutes trying to get through and find out what problem they have now. As u said this happens every 3 months when I need more meds. It is a disaster as they crash you off your meds. Beyond inept! Date if experience belowâŠ. Itâs happened every 3 months and takes 2 Âœ weeks to sort out. Which date would you like?
