I love the price of the medications
I love the price of the medications. Getting it ordered was a challenge for sure. I had to call 3 or 4 times as each day I was getting a message that there was an error or an issue and when I called no one could find an issue. I was getting concerned I would never get it, but I finally did. I hope it gets easier from here. As I cannot afford the medication otherwise.

Easy and affordable
I had a tumor removed. So to prevent it from coming back I’m on a very expensive medication for 3 years. I’m retired and only have social security as income. The co-pay from my insurance company was over $2000.00 per month. I don’t get that much a month from social security. So that definitely was not an option for me. My doctors office gave me 2 options. One was that they could sell it to me for a little over $200 a month. That was doable. Or I could call RX Outreach to see what they would do. Well at only $40 a month I went with RX Outreach. They are very helpful and very friendly if you have to talk to them. And their automated phone service makes it a breeze to reorder. RX Outreach has made my life worry free with my medication.

Prices are very good and helpful for costly medications. They always remember to refill and they contact the Dr to get a new prescription if needed. Shipping is very quick. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience with dealing with Rx Outreach

NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T USE RXOUTREACH.ORT!!! While their prices are good, their customer service does not exist at all. Unfortunately, they use the very cheapest rate FedEx ground economy for shipping which means you are not entitled to pretty much any customer service from FedEx. Only the shipper can get any information that's not already on their website. I had an issue with FedEx not delivering, called them, was told to call the shipper. When I called RXOutreach, the older woman I spoke with was VERY unhelpful. I explained that the first 2 shipments from them FedEx didn't deliver because I wasn't home and they said they needed a signature, which was incorrect. She shipment said "NO SIGNSTURE REQUIRED" on the FedEx tracking page. I asked her to call FedEx and tell them to leave it in the mailbox and she snapped at me that they can't because it's against the law - ONLY US Mail can be put in a mailbox. What that idiot doesn't understand is that the mailbox on my house IS NOT OWNED BY THE US POST OFFICE!!! IT'S MY PERSONAL PROPERTY AND I CAN PUT ANYTHING I WANT INTO IT!! From then on, she was VERY argumentative and rude. I asked to speak to her supervisor and when she hesitated, I reminded her that this was a recorded phone call. Then she got the supervisor on the phone. I explained the problems with FedEx and their rep. He told me that he was going to call FedEx himself and get the answers I needed and get right back to me. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I called back 1 1/2 hours later and he was "unavailable" to explain why he never bothered to call me back. The woman I spoke to told me that she'd get to him and see if they can overnight me my eyedrops and get back to me. BIG SURPRISE - SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!!!!
If you want any kind of customer service from your prescription provider - DON'T USE RXOUTREACH.ORG!!!

They helped me get my 2 prescriptions filled after I lost my job and insurance coverage for a very reasonable price. Without them I would not have been able to have afforded the very necessary medications. And they were shipped directly to my house.

I like the reasonable prices
I like the reasonable prices, but the computer keeps calling me to say I need to get my refill even though it is not time for my refill. When I talk to a person, I am told that an expired script is still in the system, but no one seems willing to remove the erroneous info from the computer. Can someone please fix that issue?
