Slow at processing
Slow at processing. I dont like that you have to call and place your card on file. They have no system in place online to do it yourself. Hold time on the phone is terrible

Review of process beginning to end.
No matter how many times I call team members, they are very patient in helping me navigate the portal. The transfer from the retail pharmacy and request sent directly to the provider are done quickly. Delivery time is quick so that I may continue my care.

Only Use Secure Upload for ID - Suspicious behavior
After using the secure upload portal for my ID at setup and several times after to do the same several different operators insisted that I instead email them a copy of my ID. This is not HIPPA compliant and very odd because the ID issue was resolved at time of setup. They delayed filling for 7 days while they continued to insist I would need to use an unsecure email channel. Eventually, the acknowledged the more that 5 secure uploads and filled the RX late. All operators seemed put out and disappointed that I would no use their email to send ID. That is incongruent and suspicious behavior that was consistent across several customer service agents.
