It was a very easy process and the variety of peptides is great. The only thing I had an issue with is one of my prescriptions (tablet form) came with only one pill instead of 30. My payment said quantity 1, but I figured the pharmacy would question it if it’s only one pill. They didn’t. But that’s okay.

Easy and no nonsense. good job of getting the script to the pharmacy. You need to stay on top of the pharmacy, billing screwed up my order but that's not the fault of the Dr. - I wish they allowed us to send it to a local compounding pharmacy to reduce the logistics

It’s super fast and easy to order and get your order home. I did ran into a small problem with uploading my previous product prescription but I email them and they got back to me within 24hrs and the customer service member didn’t stop communicating with me until everything was resolved that same day! I really do recommend them and prices are supper good!

First, I would like to personally apologize to you for your post-order experience. I personally reviewed your order and account, and you are 100% correct in this review. I would have said the same thing. Our process was simple and easy. Then...the ball was dropped, which is unacceptable.
As much as I want to push blame to the pharmacy, which handles everything after we send the prescription, I can't. There was an issue with the script, which got lost between the systems.
I am going to make this right for you and will be personally emailing you when that is completed.
We are a startup that has humans performing tasks. Sometimes, like all of us, they make a mistake. The mistake has been resolved internally and will not happen moving forward.

We could not be more pleased. Finding a 503a compounding pharmacy and doctors that can support allowing access to medications/peptides that difficult to obtain otherwise due to high cost and finding doctors who have the education and knowledge to support. RX Peps Direct is amazing! They provide tremendous support and care to me. Response time is great. Optimal Balance Pharmacy is equally as supportive and responsive. I am thrilled. I highly recommend them!

Couldn’t have been easier
Couldn’t have been easier. First, the website has tons information on exactly what the different peptides do and don’t do so I felt confident in my stack. Next, their automation compares the selected peptides to ensure you aren’t choosing items that may conflict with each other. Peace of mind. Then, there’s a legit questionnaire to further validate you’re getting the right products for the right solutions. Finally, once the provider approved my stack (another nice touch), the payment was easy and the shipping was on point!
Will be using this provider for a good while, made the entire experience smooth!
