Exceptional customer service from a helpful, friendly team
Ryder and Dutton were brilliant.
They were really proactive and supportive with helping me with the purchase of my first house.
All of their communication was positive, professional and encouraging; From Ewan, with sourcing and viewing the property, to Catherine, with support in finalising, closing and communicating with solicitors.
I would highly recommend.

I can’t thank Catherine Salisbury at Ryder & Dutton Heywood enough for her incredible support throughout the entire process of my property purchase. From start to finish, she was nothing short of professional, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Catherine truly went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. Her proactive approach and constant communication kept everything moving smoothly – without her chasing things up and staying on top of the process, it would’ve taken far longer and likely resulted in me having to pay stamp duty after the stamp duty holiday.
Thanks to her dedication and expertise, everything was completed in under 10 weeks – an amazing turnaround time. I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Great communication and a professional service throughout
A really professional service throughout the process of selling our house- from the initial valuation, right through to completion. Special thanks to Tom Wiswell in the Heywood branch who managed our sale. He kept us up to speed regularly and always made sure he had time to speak to us whenever we called or emailed. Recently bought a house that was sold with Catherine at Ryder and Dutton, she was absolutely brilliant, extremely helpful, if I had any issues Catherine sorted it out for us straight away and helped the stress of moving house run smoothly. House Sale
We have recently had the pleasure of working with Catherine Salisbury who acted on our behalf carrying out several viewings and securing a sale on our property.

Excellent service from the Heywood team
The service from the Heywood team was excellent. They handled everything from viewings to chasing things through to completion. Catherine Salisbury in particular kept us constantly updated on viewings, helped with communication with the buyers, and followed up with both parties solicitors to completion.

We would like to thank all the staff at Ryder & Dutton. Heywood branch.
Our initial contact was Fran, she is very kind, professional and respectful. She makes you feel at ease straight away. Fran valued our home and alongside her stunning photographs we sold our home within 10 days.
We had used Ryder & Dutton to sell our previous home too.
Once, the sale procedure started it was overseen by Catherine, she was my contact throughout the sale.
Catherine was truly amazing , she was in constant contact with me, never once was any enquiry too much trouble. Catherine was constantly reassuring me that our timeline would be achieved.
Every time my calls were answered by Jenna,Tom & Ewan.
They are so polite and they kept me updated all the time. Especially with the contact from our buyer.
They always answered my calls in an uplifting manner. They are a very happy team.
We cannot recommend all the team at the Heywood branch highly enough.
They are a credit to Ryder & Dutton.
We wish them all success for the future.
