Amazing service from day one when I met with Catherine to value our house, 3 months later when I rushed Catherine to put it on the market because we had now spotted our dream home, and throughout a very nasty partial transaction (thanks Simon Blyth (crooks!)), Fiona held our hand throughout the whole process and acted with such professionalism and kindness, she really did make me feel like we had chosen the right Estate Agent to go with. I don’t think I would have got that level of service anywhere else. Although we didn’t end up getting our, then, “dream home” (through no fault of our own - Crook, Simon Blyth), we did find another house to pursue and Fiona again came into her own and kept our chain upto date and happy so they would wait for us to start another conveyancing process. Kia and Freya also were super lovely to deal with throughout our viewing process, they really are just such a wonderful team!!! I can’t thank them all enough. Lots of love, Hayley

I sold my house recently through Ryder Dutton after the excellent service I'd previously had from them as a purchaser, I was not disappointed.

From the first approach until the day of completion they were great, friendly, efficient & knowledgable. Fiona amd Freya were brilliant at helping me consider offers & in negotiating and I sold at a price I was happy with.

The chain to complete was long and therefore complicated, Fiona went above and beyond to keep things moving and to ensure the completion date happened (despite some lack lustre solicitors for various parties).

A massive thank you to everyone at Ryder & Dutton in particular Fiona & Kia at the Holmfirth office. We had a really poor experience with Simon Blyth and switched to Ryder & Duton with Fiona & Kia taking personal responsibility for our sale. Fiona even offered additional advice on how to market the property, in particular the front elevation of the property. We liked the idea of adding some planters to the front aspect that we have taken these to our new property and still love them. Our sale was prolonged, approximately 6 months from agreeing the sale to completion and during this time we have really appreciated the effort and personal investment and support that Fiona & Kia privided in securing viewings and the eventual sale. Moving home is very stressful, but Fiona & Kia made sure that we were not only kept updated on progress but were proactive in chasing updates / information from the chain, which was really reassuring that the sale was progressing.
