Spot on! Martin was excellent at valuing the property and explaining he didn’t go in for offers in the region of and offers around, which I really liked, very professional and arrived on time and didn’t pull the place to pieces unlike another agents nearby!
From it going on the market the communication was excellent, always knew when there was a viewing and able to see feedback. Oliver was very good at calling us and once we had a buyer Emmy stepped in, she was always polite and friendly when in contact. They were always friendly when calling into the branch. All in all a very smooth transaction from beginning to end. I would recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks to you all for helping sell my property.

I was looking to buy a property in Huddersfield and was stuck on which one to buy with so many options available. I was sent an email by Tracy showing a house for a good deal where I immediately called in and requested to book a viewing and place my deposit. Tracy was super helpful in this process and arranged everything straight away being the first to view the property after the discount on the house. Tracy helped gather my deposit documents with ease and then got transferred over to Emmy.

Emmy dealt with the process the remaining way and was so helpful and understanding of my stress, she helped in any way she could and was willing to go above and beyond to help.

Fantastic service from start to finish, the valuation with Jo was great, provided lots of information about the market, the local area and the suggested price was spot on, The Professional photographs were also amazing and really helped my property stand out.
Tracey dealt with the initial marketing keeping me updated with viewings and offers and Emmy took over once an offer was agreed keeping the sale moving forward and giving me regular updates whilst liaising with solicitors and the buyers.
